The rooms are not bad, the food is excellent, the service is slightly below average, the reception staff does not always know what is happening in the hotel! The location is just super, the breakfasts are delicious, cleanliness is maintained at the highest level. If you are looking for something in the city center, I recommend it!

This is a great hotel! The staff is pleasant, the breakfasts and the restaurant in the evening are all on the level. There is a parking lot. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent, even despite the construction site under the windows.
The main thing here is the location. Walking around the center of Grodno is a pleasure, especially when you live with access directly to the central square. There are many establishments around, the city is beautiful, the old castle is a 7-minute walk away)

The room has a small kitchen, a table, good mattresses and pillows, its own Parking, delicious breakfast. But there was one employee at the reception, it felt like she didn't have time to solve all the issues - both check-in and phone calls at the same time, and guests needed to be escorted out, and the alarm went off, everything took a very long time. Because of the alarm, the elevator did not work, I had to carry things up the stairs to the 4th floor, while the employee who turned off the alarm did not comment on this in any way

We were lucky, the number was not on the prison, the dogs were not heard barking.
The star was removed for not very high-quality cleaning, plus in the bathroom, the designer did not think through the door or some kind of protective curtain from water. As a result, when taking a shower, water is pouring over the entire bathroom. Rusty rods in the bathroom.
Breakfast is like that, you won't go hungry, but for such a cost of living, at least they would diversify.

The best thing that happened to us in Belarus. A great modern hotel. With excellent controls. Everything is at the highest level. Everything is for the client. Design, cleanliness, towels, linen, staff, breakfasts, location. I highly recommend it. The price is quite high, but it's worth it.

It's beautiful, everything is new and stylish. However, you need to prepare for the choice - either large rooms with a functional kitchen area, but with windows on the basilica and its sooo frequent bell ringing (a sensitive moment in summer), or quieter rooms in the new part of the hotel, but smaller and without a kitchen. Some nice advantages are the sauna with a small pool included in the price in the second hotel of this mini-chain (they will kindly order and pay for a taxi) and delicious porridge for breakfast on request.

Well, not just five, somewhere 4.5) the center is central, an old renovated building, everything is beautiful, the room was quite unusual, the colors are pleasant, my favorite Art Deco slips. The bar is good. Parking and the hotel are full. But there is more pathos than they are worth) the feeling is that they went overboard with decorative pillows and arrogance in the absence of a decent alternative, something tense is caught in the atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was no mini-bar in the room, the bathtub was small, something was already broken there, there were no dental kits and no one wanted to help with this. The restaurant is normal, left an even impression. In general, it's good, of course I recommend it, I just wasn't thrilled. Nevertheless, I will say thank you for the time spent.

We were there, everything was fine, the room was perfect with a view of the city center, but the receptionist was terrible. They asked me to turn up the crib in the afternoon and let it go lower. In the evening, when they returned to the room, they found that nothing had been done with the crib. When asked why, the answer was that there was no hexagon needed. I had to go to the car at 10 p.m. to take a hexagon, twist the crib myself. The child should have been asleep a long time ago.

All in all, it's good. But not without a but. We lived for five days, a family of 4 people. The room cost 13.5 thousand rubles per day (480 Belarusian rubles). I cleaned only once in five days, and changed the towels a couple more times. It seems to me that for such money it should happen every day, if there is no do not disturb sign. At the entrance, the door to the bathroom did not close, there was simply no counter part installed. They asked, and everything was quickly fixed. The smell of sewage was present in the bathrooms. The room itself is pretty, but nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfasts are not bad. The girls at the reception are responsive, helped with all questions.
