But, I found a person who could pick up on April 22 and take it to my parents (I ordered it for them). I called back after 12 minutes, hung in the waiting mode for 3 minutes, no one answered. I tried to dial after another 7 minutes, they answered immediately, said that I would like to postpone the order after all to tomorrow, there is an opportunity to pick it up, which I was refused, because they print the statement every 20 MINUTES, and it has already been as much as 22 minutes. However, I do not understand what the problem was to reschedule the order for tomorrow. I doubt that nothing could have been done from the word at all. It turned out to be a very unpleasant situation. I wish to improve the work of managers and the online store so that customers do not face such a problem.
