Cozy, polite and helpful staff. But one huge "BUT" outweighs
From Friday to Sunday - banquets. The walls are shaking. A person who cannot fall asleep in such conditions lies staring at the wall until 2:00 (because the cafe is up to 2.00). I think those who have worked all day, or have come to rest, are not pleasant enough.

An unpleasant impression of the place remained. At first, our pre-booked room was given to other people, although the reservation was confirmed several times during the day. They explained this situation by saying that we were driving for a long time. As a result, we were given a 2-bed room for 3 adults. They were not particularly interested in solving the problem. Some employees communicated rudely. In general, because of all this, I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Apart from the people, the rooms are good, but if you have the opportunity to stay elsewhere, I advise you to do just that.

After visiting the Semerochka hotel, only positive emotions remained.The hotel has very pleasant, helpful receptionists who will always help with any question. We really liked this hotel, stayed there more than 3 times and want to come back again and again. The rooms are equipped with all amenities: TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, new furniture, shower. Very clean and comfortable! It's great that the hotel has a cafe on the ground floor. The kitchen is wonderful! The portions are large and hearty

The staff is helpful, but the rest is not very encouraging.
1. The sound insulation is poor.
2. The plumbing in the room is leaking.
3. Wi-fi is hard to catch.
4. Moldy food was found in the drawer of the room.
5. Mirrors are poorly washed. I think this level of cleaning is not only with mirrors.

Only positive impressions remained. We had a spacious, bright and clean room for 4 people (4 beds) with in-room amenities. Everything necessary was available.

Everything is fine in this hotel, but there is no sound insulation. And when they tried to complain to the administration in the middle of the night, it turned out that the administration also walked the night so that it was not possible to fall asleep. Of course, it was very upsetting .
