The building is new, good, and that's where all the advantages end. The reception is a mess, the questionnaires are lost, the phone is not picked up, the queue is to get a ticket to the therapist. There are queues at the therapist for an hour to wait just to get a referral for tests or to open a sick leave. The laboratory is open until 9.30 am and there is also a long queue. As a result, in order to open and close a hospital, you need to spend at least 3 days in queues at this clinic. Why don't the receptionist give out coupons to the laboratory? Why are they sent to the local doctor first, so that there are queues at each stage?

The building is new, there are not enough doctors, the equipment in the physiotherapy room seems to have been there since the time of Stalin. The medical center at the Olympic Committee was diagnosed and shown in the picture, the doctor saw it, but the misunderstanding that in the polyclinic of the "Surgeon" type did not see anything and said that everything was OK.

Due to the numerous negative reviews, I was skeptical. But to my surprise, everything was fine. It took 15-20 minutes to open the questionnaire and the sick leave. The staff were polite, the clinic itself was clean.
