Just yesterday, August 12th, I returned from this hotel. It was good: the sea was nearby, I did not like my entry into the sea, I swam nearby, it was great there. The beach has been equipped with new sun loungers and umbrellas. I liked it. The beach is nice. The sea is wonderful, a fairy tale. The location is also: migrosy is nearby, the market is on Thursday, bus stop, pharmacy, extended embankment. Everything is normal. Bad: the food is terrible, I ate side dishes (rice, pasta, fries) and pickles, soup for dinner, egg and undercooked semolina in the morning. Small buns are made from baking. There's nothing to eat there, there's no wine at all either. There is beer and whiskey. All the zucchini, salads are all sour, cheese and sausage are about nothing. Two buildings, a building, but you can live on a C grade. I lived in a room, two bunks and a closet, a good room, a refrigerator, everything. There was a balcony. There is a quest to wash in the bathroom, it's cramped!!!!The water was hot. I did not mark the cleaning, there you need to click on the broom painted on the door. I cleaned myself so they wouldn't bother to clean when I was resting. In the evening, I had enough strength in the pool bar, listening to music, there were two concerts in two weeks, a duet on guitars playing and singing. It went well for me. I rested with my money, I don't want watermelons anymore, they gave me three times a day. And everyone there was sick for at least a day or two, you know. I would not like to return to this hotel, you need to eat properly, this is not the case here.The sea has paid for everything. It was amazing.

The hotel is located near Alanya, has 2 buildings, the rooms are better where the reception is. The usual room, very pleased with the presence of soap, shampoo and shower gel. A big plus on the 1st line, the hotel's beach is not large, there are several sun loungers and umbrellas. A long and beautiful promenade for sports and a walking promenade. I also decided to leave my review about the hotel: for 3* it is a great option: compact, cozy, hospitable. Yes, the food is modest, there is not much variety, but I have never been hungry. I want to say kind words about the employees. They are the same people, and everything can be agreed with them. The refrigerator required defrosting - it was simply replaced. Towels, t/b - everything was brought upon request. A pleasant impression was immediately upon meeting. Hakan, in addition to all the organizational questions, introduced us to their talking parrot, showed us the rabbits that live with them (the white one runs all over the territory like a street cat)). As a result, a cheerful, relaxed conversation (albeit in English) ended with the best room in the hotel with a balcony and a view of the sea. Everything worked in the room. Thanks to Ela, Merz (at the bar), and all the others whose names I don't know or don't remember. And I want to tell the visitors: learn English, smile - and you will be happy and understanding.

We stayed at the hotel from 5 to 19 June. A room with a sea view on the fifth floor. Everything worked in the room (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The bed is very large and comfortable. Everything was fine in the bathroom too. And even the elevator always worked. The food is good. A large assortment of fruits (watermelons, oranges, apples, peaches, apricots. The staff is helpful. I made requests to the reception three times, they were solved within 15-20 minutes. The beach is nice, across the street, free. The territory of the hotel is small, but there are many places for walking outside the territory. The hotel is not chic, but it is quite decent.

I do not recommend the hotel!!! I'll start with the cons. Most of the tourists are Turks. The music is mostly Turkish. The pool is not cleaned. When we were there, they poured bleach once a month, and then because there was mass poisoning of people. And they cleaned the dirt once. The hotel is old, the rooms are shabby and in need of repair. The rooms are not cleaned, paper is not brought and towels, respectively, too. My family rested for a month, we had our room cleaned once on the second day of vacation, because I asked at the reception. Another time they refused, allegedly they did not have time. I washed the room myself, we bought the paper. Some rooms do not have a balcony, refrigerator and hair dryer. We were lucky, everything was fine. The shower stall was broken, without a door, so water was pouring everywhere. The air conditioner is very old and noisy. We slept in earplugs. In addition, music was playing very loudly from the hotel restaurant half the night. They do not respond to complaints. The food is very meager compared to the other three. For breakfast, sometimes rice porridge, sometimes amlet and semolina-like, but coarse porridge, very sweet, is not possible. And so French fries, fried sausages, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, etc. Instead of butter, they had margarine and it was moldy all the time. Soups are very spicy and only for dinner. The side dish consists mainly of barley, rice, French fries (soaked), pasta. There is no meat, only chicken, store-bought nuggets, rubber ones. Of the fruits, only watermelon. Desserts are served very rarely, in the evening in portions, but they are not tasty either. This is not my first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. They are not picky about food. But in this hotel we were hungry, full of fast food. Even homeless people bought other food packages. During the vacation, the whole family took turns getting sick with intestines, the doctor said in the hospital according to blood tests, most likely poisoning with pool water. But now rotavirus is spreading in Turkey, all along the coast. The bar offers free draft beer, often warm, crayfish and whiskey, which is diluted with tea. And sometimes there is no alcohol at all. The bartender is often not in place. Now about the employees. Elya (Elman) is a Russian-speaking Georgian administrator. A very cunning woman. She asked us and other tourists to write good reviews about the hotel and about her. Other administrators are Turks. Eda is a cleaning receptionist in the dining room and by the pool. He works for everyone, and cleans the dishes, and pours beer, and sweeps, and dances with tourists in the evening instead of the animator. The director is a small and thin man, he will not resolve a conflict situation. Launched the hotel. Now about the good stuff. There is a sea across the street from the hotel. There is even a small private beach with free sun beds. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. The market arrives on Wednesdays and is located along the hotels. There are clothes with souvenirs and fruits with vegetables. There was live music at the hotel on Sundays. Beautiful coast. You can walk to the pier and the mountain. Or take the bus 1 or 20 for 30 liras. Visit Cleopatra beach, etc. The city is beautiful, there is something to see.

I want to share my impressions. The three of us had a rest on 23.07 - 30.07 We arrived at the hotel at 01:00 on 24.07 The day of check-in was spent on the road. A man with glasses met us, understands only Turkish and English. I allocated a room, we went to check in. The room has a terrible musty smell, but we were told that this room is only for the night and then we will be moved to another room. There are three beds in the room, they are right next to each other, there is simply nowhere to go. To get to the far bed, you need to crawl over the two nearest ones! But mold and unsanitary conditions are absolutely everywhere. The air conditioner also smells of rotten rags, it is unpleasant to use, and without it there is simply nothing to breathe because of the heat. In the morning I went to the reception. Know namber is all I've heard. No one was going to relocate anyone. We stayed in this room for another day, but later, thanks to the efforts of the guide and my screams at the reception, we were moved to a larger room and without the smell of mold. But in the new room there was no water pressure in the water supply system and it was very difficult to take a shower. There was no cleaning, towels were not changed, garbage was not taken out. Paint was falling from the ceiling onto the bed in the room, they noticed it only the next morning... one of the photos shows that there is mold there too and the paint has peeled off for this reason. When checking into the "clean room", there was sand from the beach everywhere. On the floor, in the shower, on the beds. Everywhere! As if they hadn't cleaned at all. The corridors in the building are also broken, everything falls off everywhere. But that's not all. The elevator is working intermittently and we were stuck there in the middle of the night once, they let us out only after 25 minutes. It's good that at least someone heard the screams and knocking on the door. Now about nutrition. It's just disgusting. It is there, but everything is not fresh. Watermelons were sour-smelling and slippery every other time, vegetable salads also periodically emitted an unpleasant smell. Not surprisingly, the food is not its own, but imported. In this heat, food spoils instantly. You could only eat eggs and pasta. Drinks: tea (delicious) coffee and chemical drinks from tap water. You can only drink tea. There were no fruits in the diet. Naturally, we all poisoned ourselves in turn. The child vomited during the day from the second day, his wife vomited on 3-4 days, on the 6th day I myself lay with a fever. And so it is with everyone! There are at least 2 poisonings in each family, many were taken away by ambulance. Alcohol is all-inclusive: beer is poured into 100ml cups. There were 2 employees in the bar, a guy and a woman. The guy is trying, well done, but the woman in the process of pouring beer puts her dirty fingers in the glass, I saw it myself personally! And yet, sometimes she takes out a glass of beer from behind the counter, which has been poured for a long time, warm. Apparently, this is settled foam poured into a glass. After this spectacle, the desire to drink in this bar disappeared. There is no other alcohol, they say it's over. Everyone is sick at this hotel, both children and adults. There is mold everywhere and the smell of rotten meat. The floor on the territory is washed with water, which is driven from the floor into the pool. This is done at about 5-6 o'clock in the morning, while no one is watching. Don't expect to get lucky and get a good room. Good rooms are only for Turks. My vacation is ruined, and so is my impression of Turkey. The only advantage of this hotel is the sea nearby. But... There are several hundred other hotels on the first line! With a normal diet, animation and most importantly safe for your health! I highly recommend not checking into this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from September 18 to 24 I can't say anything good. We moved into room 1504 where everything is broken! From the closet to the entrance and shower doors. We spent one night there and with the help of a guide, they moved us to another one. But here, too, there are a lot of disadvantages, the air conditioner does not turn off, the refrigerator stands for fun that it does not even have a wire to turn on. There is no rope on the balcony to dry the laundry. The plastic window does not close. The TV is not working. We've been cooing all day. There is no cleaning, the keys for cleaning do not work, at the reception a request to replenish toilet paper or change towels is 0. At the bar, they pour only burnt vodka, wine and beer, as indicated, there are no chemical juices and more or less delicious coffee. The food is weak here! 2 types of cheese, fruits 4 days orange, 1 day watermelon and that's it) There is no sweet! They gave me only one serving of something like tasteless pudding. Soup is only for dinner! Salads are what's left over from breakfast. Corn for breakfast means corn with mayonnaise and dill for lunch. French fries and mashed potatoes. Variety 0. It is written that Wi-Fi at the reception is free of charge, as a result, it is not available. $1 per day per person. If there are 3-4 of you in the room, it's $1 each. The elevator gets stuck in building B. If there is no one on the floors, you will sit and wait until they let you out. There is no cleaning! Towels, sheets and a blanket are dirty! But + it's near the sea. Take your slippers with you because there are pebbles and stones here

Well, we decided to be patient, we promised to relocate. A day later, they came to the reception. The girl said that there is a good room, but you need to pay $ 10 extra. They paid extra. A few minutes later, she comes in tears, returned the money to us and said that she was scolded for giving us this number. Is that what it was?They gave me another one, simpler, but cleaner, brighter and a bigger balcony. In the first one, the balcony was the size of two chairs. Meal. It is a pity that we were warned only on the third day that every first one is poisoned here. It was late, my husband first came down with a fever with poisoning, I the next day. We didn't eat anywhere except at the hotel. Some dishes frankly smelled sour. The only big fat plus is the sea is two steps away. Do you want to ruin your vacation? To this hotel for you!!! The rooms are old, shabby, dirty! Neither the rooms nor the hotel are cleaned. It's hard to call it a hotel. A flophouse for not at all picky tourists. For 7 days, they never cleaned, although we asked the girl at the reception every day. Toilet paper is in short supply at the hotel. When we once again asked for cleaning and to give us toilet paper, this girl said - how did everyone get me - only with obscenities!! Go find the cleaner yourself! And we just found a broom on our floor and began to clean ourselves. The shower was pouring into the ceiling, the balcony door wouldn't close. The room is so cramped that we were constantly kicking our feet against the furniture. Because of the unsanitary conditions, rotovirus is walking there! We lost 2 days because of this. They couldn't leave the room. Others were worse off - an ambulance was called and they were dug through. The food is poor. There is only beer in the bar (2 days out of 7 were sour) and whiskey in two bottles - one with duct tape on the neck - this is impossible for Russians to drink! The second one is for the Turks - and there are most of them, there is good whiskey. The first day we were poured from a normal bottle, until we started to get indignant at the hotel - then they started pouring from another bottle. We didn't drink it - we went to migros. The sea is close - across the road. Its own beach is 5 meters between the pier and the stone slabs. This is the 15th time I have been to Turkey, but this is the 1st time I have come across such a disgusting hotel in every sense. We knew where we were going, the prices this year are tinny, but we didn't think it was that bad! My advice is to overpay a little and take a better hotel and not spoil your vacation. We had a rest in early August 2024.

But during the week of finding no relocation, and even the water leak was not eliminated. I went to the reception every day, but every day I came up with a new excuse. In a word, the hotel is running as if no one is watching it. Of course, this was the cheapest option of all the proposed tours, but as they say, a miser pays twice. As if it would be better to pay a little extra, but enjoy life) I would like the hotel itself, if you want people to come back to you, to put the rooms in order. And to set up the reception so that they do something, and not just stand and come up with excuses.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2024. We arrived at 16:30, 2.5 hours from the airport. Everything worked in the room, the bed linen was new, the shower and hairdryer were in working order, there was nothing to complain about. And the most pleasant thing was the view of the sea from the balcony, where you could even do exercises, enjoying the beautiful view and the sea air. The food is good, salads, several types of second courses, for dinner-soup, quite tasty, sweets not every day, fruits-apples. Ed's very pleasant chef, also Russian-speaking and always with a smile. The waiter boys are also very friendly, they cleaned the dishes on time and cleaned up. True, there was not always coffee and other drinks, but there was always tea and water. We did not swim in the pool, as the sea is 5 minutes across the street. Its beach is small, with sun beds and umbrellas. I am very grateful for a pleasant stay, friendly staff and excellent weather! For non-fastidious tourists, it is even a very good hotel, although the reviews about it were terrible. Now I know that you can't believe a bad review.

In general, there seems to be food, but there was nothing delicious to eat))) There were only 5 umbrellas from the hotel and 10-15 sun beds on the beach. There is no animation, no entertainment, sometimes live music evenings are held, but everything is in Turkish and for Turks. As a result, we went swimming and walking every evening. The contingent is Turks and Russians. The inner territory is quite small - a small pool in which Turkish kids swam all day, a few sun loungers, tables around the pool and tables at the entrance to the hotel when approaching the pool. Food - we've never been hungry, everything is fresh, you can always find something for yourself, it's very good for a threesome (I compare it with reviews on budget threes). I definitely do not recommend it with small children. Indoor meals and outdoor tables. The bar has beer, pepsi, fanta. Maybe there is something else from alcohol, but all I saw was beer on the tables. Those who are used to good 5 and 4* will find it very difficult to rebuild. As a budget vacation and for unassuming tourists, I can well recommend it.

It's terrible and dirty. We stopped by on July 7. We moved into a room where the sink is kept on snot, and the air conditioner, while we went to dinner, flooded the whole bed. The reception offered relocation, after our persuasion. They gave me a room with working air conditioning and serviceable plumbing, but terribly dirty. After the previous tenants, bottles were left lying around in the shower. There is mold everywhere, as if the plumbing had never been wiped. There was one pillow in the room for two! Bedspreads, pillowcases, towels, everything is stained. The floor is dirty. There is a mini fridge, as moldy as the bathroom. It's not worth talking about the quality of the repair, there are cracks everywhere, somewhere the plaster mesh sticks out, somewhere the foam is mounting. Everything is kept on snot, the shower door barely closes. I don't want to touch it because of the mold. The noise insulation is zero. They do not clean, only if you ask through the reception. Our room was cleaned normally, but the bathroom was not properly treated and the towels were stained again. For some reason, they did not change the sheets, although they changed the bedspread and pillowcases. The food is plus or minus normal. There is always one meat dish. And a lot of vegetables in different forms. We were not hungry, but not that it was very tasty. There are few sweets, but traditional sweets are served at dinner. One day we were poisoned. We didn't eat anything but hotel food that day. Coffee, juice from the vending machine for three. From alcohol, the bartender says that only beer, vodka, whiskey, but in fact gin and wine are poured. The lights were turned off twice, but this seems to be normal for Turkey, they were quickly repaired. Entertainment is not very pleasant music. There is a shallow pool in the dining area, but we did not swim. The only advantage of the hotel is the location. The sea is two minutes across the street. That's why I'm giving you one star. So I would have put zero at all. It was our first vacation and we were saved by the fact that we signed up for a bunch of excursions and only slept in the room. But because of the unsanitary conditions, the feeling that I was dirty did not leave me.

Cons the room was cleaned once, the bed and towels were not changed at all, the towel on the bed linen, although it was washed, was dirty, it was not pleasant to sleep and dry off. They are always unhappy at the reception, the bar is generally terrible, once again it is better not to approach. The bartender was constantly grumbling, he was not in the mood. The girls and boys who worked in the kitchen were the only ones who responded to our requests. The lights were often turned off, so the elevator often stopped and people got stuck. We lived on the 4th floor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We are not pretentious people, we knew where we were going to which hotel. For all this, the receptionist (Elmas/Elya) said that the maid had finished her work day, so we were offered to MAKE THE BED OURSELVES (I remind you, everything is included in the hotel). Of course, we did not like this option, we asked to solve the problem, and went to look for where to eat in the city. After that, we went to the reception two more times, but she put one sheet for two, and spread her hands on the pillows and said "just turn the pillow over." To which we replied that we were not satisfied with this, and we asked for a CLEAN BED. The girl yelled at us that it wasn't her job, slammed the door and left. Then our nerves gave out and we went to fight. The bosses were sitting at the reception at that time, so they quickly gave pins to such "excellent workers", called the maid so that she could do her job properly. When we returned to the room, the pillowcases had been changed, but the blankets were lying around. All this was filmed by us, and for the fifth time we went down to the reception and showed the video to the authorities. The receptionist promised that the room would be cleaned tomorrow. They did not continue the scandal, but the first day was completely ruined. On the second day, the guide contacted us, as an apology on behalf of the hotel, they presented us with "antique wine" (it's a pity that my mother and I don't drink). We said that the conflict was settled, hoping that on that day the room would finally be cleaned properly and the bed would be changed, which did not happen in the following days, despite the fact that the cleaning light was on the door. On the fourth day, the cleaner came, after her "cleaning" there were dirty, wet towels (hung to dry on the balcony), the same one sheet for two with blood stains that do not wash (which we "like" changed on the first day). We are already turning a blind eye to all this, because there is no strength to argue (after such a vacation, it has been treated). Although after talking with the rest of the hotel's guests, we found out that everyone complains about the complete lack of cleanliness in the rooms. On the 5th day, we spent the whole day in the room with terrible poisoning. We are thinking about food from the hotel, because there is nothing else. In the morning of the same day, my mother refused to eat cold porridge with a sour taste (and apparently for good reason). After lying all day with poisoning, we went out for dinner and found sour potatoes among the dishes, the smell of which, no matter how they tried to hide it with various herbs, I personally felt through the table. On day 6, we were stuck in the elevator. It was already a finishing touch. But they got us out of the elevator quickly, unlike other vacationers the day before. Thank God we came for a week) !!! Note to all vacationers, if the food is cold, then this is an attempt to hide the smell !!! Of course I understand that the hotel is 3*, but there must be basic sanitary requirements here!!! In the end, it is necessary to note the good things in this hotel. Despite the boorish attitude of the receptionist and the work of the maids "carelessly", the rest of the hotel staff, that is, the waiters, in particular, the waiter Mustafa, pleased us with his friendliness, smiles, and the ability to speak Russian.
