I've been to an osteopath a couple of times. The neck and shoulder were inserted. The first reception is 3500 and the next one is 5500. In the first course of treatment, let's say it helped, but half a year later, when I was injured again, it did not help me. In fact, the reception lasts a maximum of 5-7 minutes. Without warming up and massaging, they pull the neck, back, arm and send it to their home. I'm not saying that they treat you badly, but you draw your own conclusions. Someone is very praising.
