The measurement engineer listened carefully to what I wanted, took measurements and then explained constructively and in understandable language what I should put and what I should not. He provided several options and agreed with my option without any imposition. Everything was established within the agreed time frame, without any delay. One day there was a question about the balcony, called, asked what to do? They said there was nothing to do, and the next day the master came and adjusted everything in 2 minutes. So I was satisfied with the windows, service and price! In the spring, I will apply to have the windows changed at the cottage. I recommend it!

We ordered a balcony block from the Salamander profile in the spring of 2022. The door is completely glass (without a jumper in the middle), the rest of the characteristics are as usual. They were installed on time. According to the contract, the prepayment is 50 percent, the rest after installation. The price at that time was lower than that of competitors, and they fell for it, and, in fact, paid for it. Now the review is actually about the window and door after six months of use. The quality is terrible. There were backlashes - in order to fully open the balcony door or window, the handles have to be removed not perpendicular to the window sill, but lowered slightly lower. And in order for the door to close completely the first time, over time it must be pressed against the hinges with your shoulder. They referred to the rigidity of the structure - but, listen, the door itself should be a rigid structure, you don't make it out of cardboard. The problem here is clearly in the hinges on which the door is held. Plus, after closing one of the double-glazed windows of the balcony door, a small debris was found from the inside. Apparently, it fell out from somewhere above after periodic use of the door. The only thing that works without problems is the mosquito net on the window... Oh, and one more thing. After installation, the company's workers did not take out the garbage into the elevator, they left it in the room, completely removed. Although when clarifying this point in the company's office, we were told that the garbage was definitely being taken out. It would not be difficult for me to clean it myself, but it feels like working diaries, just to install everything, and as quickly as possible. Moreover, they were not at all polite - they used the bathroom and toilet in the room for the whole, without even asking. And that's all in 2 hours of work. Maybe this company can do something, but not balcony blocks. Personally, I will no longer contact them, no matter what the prices and conditions they have, the impressions are negative.
