Excellent, top class!
Beautiful interior, decent restaurant in the lobby, cozy rooms, perfect cleaning, high-speed wi-fi and many other pleasant things, for example, the hair dryer is not bolted to the wall in the bathroom - you can use it in any part of the room, the air conditioner does not turn off when you pull out the card - you come from the heat, but the room is already cool.
The only drawback is that some rooms have windows facing the wall of the neighboring building, but on the other hand, the room is perfectly quiet.

A decent hotel relative to, for example, the Cosmonaut Hotel in Karaganda. The others were not there. The Senator is clean, quite quiet, there is a restaurant, not super, but everything is acceptable. It so happened that some personal belongings were lost in my room, at first the thing was not found, but then, apparently, the workers did some work, the thing was found and sent by mail, the parcel was delivered by a courier for free. I am glad that the hotel staff did not remain indifferent and, of course, this is respected.

The hotel is conveniently located, there is Parking. Cozy, clean, beautiful room, underfloor heating in the bathroom, warmth in the room (for me it was very important). Bathroom accessories in the assortment, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, everything is very comfortable and civilized. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. we arrived at this hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning, according to the ill-conceived rules of the hotel, check out before 12 o'clock in the afternoon, even if you arrived in the morning, we were off the road, we need to rest and agreed at the reception to check out at one o'clock in the afternoon, but we are charged the full cost per day is 33,000 thousand tenge, although we stayed in the hotel is 6 o'clock, ok, in the morning we go to the shower, there is a shower cabin in the room without fences, the water just does not drain, as soon as the water was turned on, it spread all over the bathroom, our room was on the second floor and as a result the water flowed down to the reception 🤦♂️
it did not work to take a shower, we go down to the reception we ask for what reason we are given a room where the bathroom is not working properly, in response we were told that they did not know anything about this, to our indignation about this situation they simply replied "no one runs over you for this water, moreover, we allowed you to stay in the room not until 12 but until 13.00"😂😂😂😂😂 No comments is easy!
dear management of this hotel, to put it mildly, it is outrageous and before opening a hotel you need to understand what service is, you were in this charade for the first time and never set foot again!
