I want to express my gratitude to the entire shift that worked on the night of 06/19/2020 at the Senkovka checkpoint in the Chernihiv region, and especially to the senior shift captain (unfortunately I did not find out his first name). These are people with a capital letter. A terrible thing happened to me, my mother died suddenly, she lived in Ukraine, and I lived in Russia. Realizing the difficult situation with quarantine, my husband and I went by car, since neither buses nor trains are running now. I was allowed to pass, but my husband was forbidden to travel. So the captain did everything possible and impossible so that we could get through, helped with the documents, raised the authorities at 2 a.m. But alas, they did not go to the meeting on the Ukrainian side. I couldn't see off the dearest person on my last journey, and these are the realities of our life today. And yet I will never forget the attitude and help in difficult times. Once again, thanks a lot and a low bow to everyone, and especially to the senior shift.
