The studio is very nice: cozy, clean. The coaches are great. I especially liked the morning stretching with coach Lyubov. Coaching with her is very exciting and fruitful. Lyubov is friendly, correct, at the same time, she is a demanding and highly qualified coach who is attentive to each of her wards. Love explains each exercise and puts it on the shelves. I strongly doubted my abilities before meeting her, but I was very pleased with the results of the training sessions. Thanks to the coach))

Very sincere, sweet, clean, delicious-smelling, women's dance and fitness studio. I go here to exotic pole dance to Julia's teacher, I really like it. Strong and competent technique, interesting musical performances, every time a buzz and burning a bunch of calories.
I also gave a master class in Arabic dancing here as a guest teacher, everything was also very emotional. The photo shows a "Barbie" themed party, as you might guess)

Excellent dance studio for girls, premium class. Neat, pleasant atmosphere, there are all hygiene supplies. You feel at home. The staff is polite, the coaches are very good. The only disadvantage is that it is a little inconvenient to be located even in a nearby subway, but it is difficult to get by car during rush hour

Classes are held from 7 am to 21 pm. Here you can find a suitable teacher and time for classes here.
There are workout suits, vitamins and sandwiches on sale if you suddenly get hungry.

A magnificent dance studio from Arabic dances to strip plastics. A place where a girl can reveal herself in a new way. My friend has been walking for a year. He talks about each workout with admiration. I was at a master class (performance). A huge two-storey house with different rooms and a wardrobe. Filming of performances is prohibited. Only with the permission of the speakers. The first thing that caught my attention was a huge mirror.
