I have been going to this studio for about a year, advised by a friend who has been walking for 10 years))) The studio is excellent, a variety of workouts, good equipment, everything is in excellent condition. The coaching staff is wonderful, they will find an approach to everyone. I plan to continue visiting this studio and improve for the better. Thanks to Irina and her team, who help Us become stronger and more beautiful with each workout.

A small, clean room. A variety of equipment is available, plus septic tanks and drinking water. A close circle of visitors. Electronic record. Your subscription and visits are tracked through your personal account on the website. I attended two types of classes with different coaches: I liked both the classes and the coach. The load level is average, including good for beginners.
