A cozy hotel. We had a rest at the end of September 2021. The hotel is located almost on the beach. There weren't many people. The food suited us perfectly. Especially chocolate and banana ice cream. The tables are on the terrace on the beach. We always left tips and the waiters were always happy to help us and prepared a table with our dishes and drinks. The pool is large, of different depths and interesting shapes. Always clean. Our room was a Swim Up with a private pool where you can swim even at night. The Russian girl Anna is a very attentive employee of the hotel. She solved all our questions and problems. It helped a lot. Thank her very much! We are happy with everything. The rest was a success.

In general, I really liked the hotel-a gorgeous sandy beach, warm and clean water. Everything is very thought out and compact. I do not share my enthusiasm about food-the breakfasts are excellent, but for dinner and lunch you can hardly choose one or two edible dishes from everything. Be vigilant-do not leave money in the safe. There have been cases of theft of money from the Russian safe. Everything would have been fine, but on the last day our Android was hacked and calls were made and messages were sent at our expense. We are lucky that we do not use the phone to pay for services. Don't give anyone your phone number, not even your guide.

A great hotel for relaxation. The beach is much better than the neighboring hotels. Smooth entry into the water, pleasant white sand underfoot and a minimum of algae. The staff constantly cleans the beach area, removes all the garbage left by vacationers. The rooms in the main building are in very good condition, the plumbing is all decent. They are cleaned thoroughly every day at a convenient time-before lunch. Nutrition is above all praise. Very tasty dishes, a wide range and unusual combinations of products. I really liked the squid rings stuffed with rice and herbs. By the way, seafood is cooked every day. There is a large selection of fruits, desserts will seduce even those who try to keep a figure. The staff is very pleasant, smiling and always ready to help. A separate topic is air conditioning. If you carefully read the description of the hotel, then the operation of the air conditioner should not cause any questions. It is central and cools the room moderately. This is good, because in the heat, sudden temperature changes are harmful and you can catch a cold. A separate issue is the observance of anti-covid measures. All employees wear masks and are asked to wear a mask when visiting the restaurant. The hotel is really one of the best and deserves 5 stars. If we go to Djerba again, then only here. I also send my parents on vacation to Djerba Beach.
Great hotel, great staff and delicious food. A lot of European oldies spend their pension there. In general, it's nice and calm. There weren't many people in October. We have never regretted it

We arrived on June 8 for two weeks (now the question is how to live them and not die from the heat in the room). They moved into room 2189. The room itself is good. The food is great. There are no complaints here. The sea is for an amateur - algae, jellyfish, but the sand and the beach are cleaned. Since there are few covid people. This is where the advantages and what you can live with end. The biggest jamb is not broken, but the central air conditioning is turned off. Economy. In the room (windows facing south), the temperature rises to 60 degrees during the day, up to 40 degrees at night with the window open. The guide from the "Annex" does not care. The receptionists offer to pay extra and take a view, which will also not have an air conditioner.
In general, I would have known, I would not have gone anywhere so easily or would have gone to Cyprus (the choice in covid is not great). I am writing this review at 4:30 a.m., because it is impossible to sleep. I'm going to sleep by the pool tomorrow, since everyone here doesn't care. Here is such a vacation, here are four Tunisian stars.

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row. Everyone likes the excellent service both at the reception and in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and greeting when meeting. There are excellent Russian-speaking girls at the reception, one is named Maria (both girls are very pleasant and friendly), but the rest of the staff will be able to understand you if you have a problem. The waiters (they are also very friendly and serve quickly) know several phrases, which allows them to understand each other perfectly. The food is delicious and varied. Very tasty pastries! The rooms are standard, as in most hotels of this class. Cleaning every day. The pool is large, there is enough space for everyone and there is no sense of a "tin can". The beach is large with white sand and..... GREAT SEA! There are probably disadvantages for someone, but we somehow didn't really notice them. We hope to return here next year!
The only plus is the food.
Of the minuses, they smoke at every step, in rooms, corridors, in halls, at the reception - everywhere!!!! The animation is very weak. I have been to Djerba many times, but I will not return to this hotel for sure.
Excellent hotel, I went three times, fully justifies my 4 stars. Wi-Fi catches even on the beach, the food is excellent, the rooms are clean. Vacationers are mostly elderly or middle-aged, calm. The beach is standard Tunisian, with camels all around. There aren't enough sun beds. You have to get up early to borrow.
Among the advantages: rooms , food, proximity to the sea (nowhere closer), wi-fi catches throughout the hotel (even on the beach), clean beach and sea.
Of the cons: 80% are European pensioners, the animation is tailored to them.
But you can calmly take a nap, sleep, eat your sides and cheeks
