The order in the picture doesn’t even closely correspond to reality, no one sent the photo before sending, they didn’t write the text on the postcard as we asked, they don’t respond from the moment we wrote that they sent us the wrong thing.
Awful company, we don’t recommend it.

I ordered the bouquet to be delivered in Dubai, and specified a time interval of 4 hours during which it would be convenient to receive the bouquet. The courier was 2 hours late!!! An hour! The manager did not respond to my messages asking when the courier would arrive. As a result, when the courier arrived for delivery and the recipient did not respond to his call, he called me as the sender, talked very strangely and rudely and left, although he was asked to wait a little. Before that, I asked 4 times to send a photo of the bouquet before sending it, this also did not happen, they sent it after the fact when they handed it over, the bouquet is not really visible in the photo, it is badly photographed, it is not noticeable at all what the money was paid for.

We ordered flowers in honor of March 8, discussed all the details, asked to make a signature (since there was a surprise, and the person who ordered the bouquet was far away). They promised to do everything beautifully! In fact, they brought a weak bouquet for 500 dirhams, tastelessly decorated, and most importantly, they enclosed a postcard, "as agreed". See the appendix. In general, a disgusting company that ruined the surprise. I don't recommend it.
