But there are nuances and serious ones, constant slotting on the beach from seven sis neighbors then after their own, it is impossible to sleep, it is impossible to fall asleep before two o'clock in the morning, and after six hours it was fun at first, but after a few days it became annoying, they wanted to move up, but another problem, it is very problematic to get to the sea especially in summer. The food is good, downright good, but again there are nuances, it is impossible to eat all salads that are with,, mayonnaise,, this is some kind of tasty game. In the end, the hotel was populated by departing tourists from closed hotels, it turned out to be a full stop for several days, places in the restaurant were a problem, there was a queue in two rows at the bar for twenty minutes (to take two alcoholic drinks in their hands, they are no longer allowed to be fired for this and it really bothers in the evening or stand in line all the time or wait a night later as everything subsides) alcohol is utter shit, right in general, they pour everything out of bottles, but you can't drink this shit, there's a finished shit in all of Turkey if it's not bought in deluxe fries, take it with you, the beer is good. The sea is super super, straight cool, clean and calm, it is very good to swim with children, swim in a mask, hunt for squid and crabs, as well as a lot of other fish. Of course, it is far from the stop for a trip to Alanya and Konakla, but if there is nothing to do there at all, buy in ozone for an order of magnitude cheaper, and the same thing. The territory is just very beautiful, just generally beautiful and very large, it feels like there are three hotels in size. An unusual hotel with a large territory and access to the sea.
It is located on the slopes of a rocky terrain, and movement through the territory up and down trails and paths. It will not suit everyone. However, an open minibus drives, delivering to the main points (beach, restaurant, reception).
The inconvenience is compensated by a large and beautiful territory.
The beach is also not perfect, like all hotels located on the rocks. It is small, it looks like a small bay.

The food is not bad, I would put a solid 4 stars.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024.
I must say right away that the hotel is ~ 4 stars, but definitely not 5. The renovation is not new, I would like to refresh it. The territory is large, located on the hills. The rest of the drinks are at the pool and beach bar. Pizza, burgers, beer, and wine on the beach are worse than for lunch. The sea is beautiful, the beach is its own, the entrance is small pebbles with sand. The water park is at the very top, you won't find it right away. The beds are good. They are placed in several buildings. In the building, where the reception is quiet, where the restaurant is, there is a swimming pool, bar, amphitheater, there is music for a long time. There is a children's disco. I really liked the massage! 30 dollars 60 minutes, work out the whole body + hot stones + face mask. Massage therapist Caesar! High-quality, delicate. Excursions on the street across the street from Polat are cheaper than the guide offers. We took a pirate ship for $ 20. I really liked it! Music, foam party, swimming in the sea! The photographer! Great!Green Canyon is $30. It looks very much like Lake Rizza. We rode on five buses, the drivers were burning out there! This year we rested in Senza for the second time, a very picturesque hotel with many stairs, suitable only for those who like to walk, the food is good, the sea is warm, there is a place to dive with a mask and admire the fish, we lived in a house, cleaning was daily, you only need to put a couple of dollars or a chocolate bar on the first day and everything will be OK, a car drives around the territory according to time - so if you don't like to walk, they will take you. I especially want to mention guest Ekaterina, a wonderful person, sensitive and insightful, who will be able to help in any situation, thanks to her we changed the room in the house, and so I constantly consulted with her on any issue. I went to the spa center for a massage, and I advise you - professional masters will twist you into a ram's horn and spin you back, I feel very good after 5 sessions, I had two masters Caesar - well, this is straight relaxation, and Memo is a straight person who knows and feels your every sore point and tries to fix it. In general, if you are an adequate person and you treat some small things of non-comfort normally or they can be solved for a couple of dollars, then the hotel will suit you, have a pleasant stay😊

Before going, we read a lot of reviews, a lot of disagreements, decided for three years, went to other hotels in Turkey, but this time we decided. AND HONESTLY, WE DIDN'T REGRET IT, but we walked a lot, but not so much, the beauty of nature justifies it, it's very beautiful, without quibbles, it takes about 3 to 5 minutes to the beach, depending on where you are settled, a minibus takes about 30 minutes. The sea is cool, transparent, clean, the setting is sand, pebbles. There is a pier. THERE is ANIMATION ON THE BEACH, the guys are trying their best, the main thing is positive and mood. HYUSEIN, Arda, special thanks to them, the guys give themselves completely to their work. The opinion about the hotels changed after visiting
it. We are very satisfied. The numbers are a separate story. They need to be updated, we lived in the main building, and the furniture is tired, but they clean every day, the linen is clean. It suited us. Special thanks to the chef in the main restaurant, your dishes are on top, the cook in the cafe on the beach is very tasty, satisfied, some moments were generally surprised, EVERYTHING will be served, taken, just fire to the service guys. The territory is very nice, beautiful, it is clear that you need to take care of, everyone sees what they want to see. Those who have their own houses and cottages will understand. 5. There is a children's room with games and a miniclub TV. During his working hours, the educator-animator with his child turns off the light and locks himself in the club from the inside. All vacationers with children pass by. Or knock and ask.

Apparently, for a very affordable price for the average working class, people want elite service! The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, the beach is small, but its own, there were always enough sun beds, and I did not have to run headlong in the morning and borrow. The hotel itself is located on the rocks, those who want to climb higher even liked it) the descents are quite decent, neat.. There is a bus running on time, if it's a strain for someone) The territory itself is simply huge, very beautiful! I can't say for all the rooms, but our 213 room was great (for an additional $150) The sea view is something... It was always clean and tidy, even from the maid they received surprises (swans, flowers, etc.) About food-plenty, everything and a lot! Everything is always fresh and delicious! You will definitely not stay hungry! In the afternoon, we ate too much pizza on the beach, it's super! Baker Kadyr is just a virtuoso! Dogan the waiter is a handsome man! We were with the family from 05.27 to 3.06 2024
I liked the hotel. We got from the airport for about 3 hours , arrived at one o'clock in the morning , settled at the top in a nice room with a beautiful view , everything was clean , everything worked .
The water park is open from 14-00 to 16-00 approximately, the children really liked it.
The food is excellent , there is a lot of it , although I had to look for clean dishes . They never got to the Bistro on the beach, there was enough in the restaurant as it was.
The alcohol is not bad, the wine is delicious, the beer seems to be non-alcoholic.
The beach is small, it was often impossible to swim because of the small debris in the water in large quantities.
There is no animation , you can say that the children 's disco is the same , it lasted about 25 minutes , the children were already tired on the second day .

We had a rest from April 29 to May 7, 2024. It's not a 5-star hotel. On the very first day, they held a kind of meeting where they intimidated us that we should take excursions only from them, etc. They deceived me that the WiFi is free. They moved into a room where the shower did not work, they asked to poison mosquitoes, figushki, they had to fuck themselves with a towel. The carpet is smelly, soaked in nicotine, the refrigerator is dead, it freezes with its last breath. Olin only had a fire show once. Before leaving, we left at 5 a.m., promised to feed, did not feed breakfast, the cooks said they were ill.
Pros: I liked the food, it was varied. We got to Alanya by bus on our own from Konakli without any problems, and from there there were not expensive excursions.
In general, our vacation took place. We haven't been in the hotel for days anyway.
The main thing is a cheerful company and a positive attitude. And one more plus, I lost 5 kg there in a week, walking around the territories to the dick.

At the Senza Garden Holiday Club, the plaster is falling off, the walls are mildewed, the paths and garden are not well maintained, the beach is on a small piece that is shared with another five. The sun beds are old and dirty. WiFi is paid everywhere 3 euros per day, etc. There is a lot of food and it is different, it tastes so-so... The tables are dirty, the plates are dirty. The beer smells like an old rag, the wine is terrible, as if diluted with alcohol.
The whole area is on a slide, there are many descents and ascents, you have to go up and down a lot, it will be very difficult to carry it up the slide or up the stairs with a stroller.
The room smells old and has a stinky damp smell. The air conditioner doesn't work well, when you leave, you pull out the card and the light turns off, the air conditioner turns off too... There are only two outlets available, one more in the bathroom, and another free outlet behind the refrigerator in the bedside table. The furniture is old, there is almost no light, one rotten bulb is on... In a word, a dumpster.
Nothing good, for which there are 5 stars is not clear. Because the view is beautiful on the beach from the restaurant and from the slide to the sea ... everything ...

1. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but a dirty dining room. When you enter the dining room, you feel a pleasant smell of food waste with detergent, the plates are dirty with leftovers from the day before (I was amazed how people take these plates and put food in them), the Turks are kicked out of the dining room, they don't let you finish eating, they shake food waste near you from tables where they have already eaten.
2. The sea, plastic is collected in Mersin for recycling from all over the world, the hotel has a backwater type and periodically (almost every day) plastic chips. You swallow it and it turns out. We swam in Avsalar on Injekum beach👍
3. The hotel itself is 3.5 (there are disadvantages, rooms are high on the mountain, walking in the heat is not an option, only if there is a rented car (we paid $ 100 extra and moved to the restaurant, there are ants, but it seems to me they are everywhere. You can not store anything from food in the room, otherwise you will be with ants).
In general, this is the first time I got into such a situation ..the bottom. Rest for 3 + (plus at the expense of the rented car that we drove everywhere) I also got poisoned, bacterial infection 3 days of diarrhea, vomiting and a temperature of 38, an IV in the hospital, 4 more days of diarrhea, plus I'm getting treated at Moscow time.

Just returned from the hotel, rested for 8 nights with a child of 6 years old, the rooms are old, there is no hot water, appeared only more than 2 days before departure, ants in the room, went to the reception 4 times, talked about it 0 reactions, lived in the reception building, the territory is unkempt, the grass is yellow, but the sea is super, the entrance for kids is straight high, shallow, the water is transparent, there is no animation for children, in the evening there is a mini disco, always the same, all the songs in a row are the same, the food in the restaurant is not bad, there was always fish, meat, I ate fish, sheep, greens like everywhere else, cold snacks too, like everywhere else, I didn't eat sweets, bright, chemical, nothing special, alcohol is like everywhere else local, pizza, burgers, pasta potatoes, salads, pizza are sooo delicious, there are slides on the mountain, they barely got to them, they also feed there, like shawarma in lavash, there is also a barbecue, there something is fried, but because of the scale of the hotel we did not try, animation for adults by the pool was, we did not go, in the evening there was no decent show at all, but at 23.00 there is a disco on the beach, there is a paid bar, by the way, for the first time I see, but everyone swims in the sea and pool until night, I put the hotel 3 stars, make repairs, tighten up the animation and it will be super.

We rested from 15.06 to 22.06. The room was given at the highest altitude....That's horrible. The bed linen was never changed, they always came to clean in the morning while we were in the room. A meager bar in the fridge. The food was good and fresh. On weekends, a larger diet and sparkling wine. The pool was open for a long time, we spent most of our time there in the evening. The fish restaurant is normal, but the attitude towards Russians is worse than towards Europeans. They walked "on their hind legs" in front of them. We had a check-out at 12 at night, no lunch boxes are provided at the hotel ((( There is a bus from the beach, but you have to wait for it. There are 3 slides on the upper pool, they do not work during the day. The nature is beautiful, the views are beautiful, but the service needs to be worked on! If you think that you will go to 5 stars, then you are deeply mistaken. This is how this hotel was 20 years ago, probably. When we chose the tour, we knew that we were not taking a particularly expensive hotel, but some things were just amazing.
It is located very far from the airport, transfer to the airport 6 hours before departure, keep in mind (and the road there is long).
When we arrived, we were met by a not very friendly man at the reception and gave us the keys to the room. He said that the room will be on the highest house from the sea (and from there you will be tormented to walk to the sea and back several times a day, with phys. I'm fine with the form, but it's tiring). They took us to the room, but there was a surprise waiting for us - a dead room, a door that wouldn't close and a buzzing air conditioner, as if you were in the engine room of a ship. We reached the reception, for $ 100 we were exchanged for a large family room, not so tired, with a view of the sea...The view is gorgeous, you wake up and you immediately have an endless sea in front of your eyes, very cool (but not the fact that you will be given one).
Everything gives off a little bit of some kind of collective farm. The staff seems to be quite good, but they were obviously recruited in a hurry, a little impudent guys.
The bar has only local drinks. They are very slightly alcoholic, it is difficult to get drunk. The beer is normal, light lager.
The food is generally normal, without frills, you will not stay hungry. There is fish, meat (tasteless), chicken, turkey, and a lot of vegetables. Plates and glasses are often dirty. There are sometimes not enough places on the outdoor terrace, you have to sit indoors with food, and it's hot there, obviously you saved on air conditioners. TERRIBLE TEA, just disgusting. The hotel saves money on tea bags and brews tea in a teapot, and there it tastes, probably, like the red price or every day.
The sea is very warm (early July), the bay is good, sometimes you can lie down and watch the waves beat against the breakwaters, I really liked it)) Garbage in the form of plastic often floated in the sea, it was terrible, of course.
The territory is large, but useless, they do not have time (or do not really want to) take care of it. A lot of yellow grass and plants (even in the dining room, for some reason, plants were planted and they almost withered).
The contingent, due to not particularly high prices, is "Tagilisty", there is nothing you can do about it, there are a lot of Russians.
A la carte nonsense. I would call it a la restaurant. The same food was served as at lunch/dinner, but with a more pretentious look. The plus was shrimp in... tomato sauce...the taste is tomato, of course, not shrimp.

Everyone is swearing, demanding a room change, the most they can offer is to settle even further from the sea into the mountains. There is a newer room stock, but the beach is a 20-minute walk away.
