A small shopping center with a good grocery store, a pharmacy with fixed prices. We bought chocolate-covered dates, just dates, strawberries, and many other small things at the grocery store. Only pounds are accepted at the checkout. The mall has an ATM with a favorable exchange rate. I definitely recommend you to visit. There is also a pharmacy, you need to keep a close eye on the sellers who like to cheat on the Internet. There is an application from this pharmacy that you can view promotions. For example, on the website of the vitamin bank, it costs 690 pounds for children + the second one as a gift, but they won't tell you about it either, and the price will be called a couple of hundred pounds more. The mall itself is not very big, there are shops and several cafes to eat. There is a supermarket with groceries and necessary small items. There is an extra large selection of everything.
I didn't have enough of a store with goods/toys/souvenirs for children. There is a sooooo small one with a very minimal number of toys, but mostly for the youngest.
And the biggest disadvantage for me is the inability to exchange money on the territory of the shopping center. There is an ATM, but it does not accept banknotes less than $100.

We usually buy fruits in Moscow- guava, mango. This year we bought excellent quality T-shirts and Gillette machines and blades (we often came across fakes in Moscow).
In clothing stores, we bought clothes for my husband (last year), my daughter and myself already this year.
Payment in cash in Egyptian pounds, which were changed at an ATM (dollars to pounds).

A good shopping center helps out when there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel. It makes sense to go to Waikiki, maybe to other stores. I do not advise you to go to McDonald's, it is fundamentally different and the smell is unbearable. There are a lot of things you can buy in the grocery hyper, some products are much cheaper than ours. In this hyper and in the far corner of the shopping center itself there are ATMs in which you can exchange dollars for pounds, but unfortunately, they do not have an English interface, only Arabic. If you're lucky (like us), there may be people nearby who will tell you which buttons to press. In general, you can visit once or twice.

The only major shopping center in Hurghada. There are almost no chain stores. Of the clothes there are waikiki, defakto, the price tag is higher than the Turkish one but less than the Russian one. There is a small selection of souvenirs, their prices are lower than in the shops at the hotels. There are products and fruits. Opposite spinneys there is an island of the mobile operator etisalat, and next to it Vodafone, if you did not take a SIM card at the airport, it will be even cheaper here, but not the fact, I did not check. There is a home appliance and electronics store, the price tag is higher than the Russian one. There is a large souvenir and gift shop, there are no details, I did not go in. From fast food there are McDonald's and KFC.
Dollars and local currency are accepted everywhere, cards of non-Russian banks work fine, I have Kazakh currency everywhere. There is a problem getting to the shopping center and back. Uber drivers charge a price 5-10 times higher than what's in the app. We used indrive, where you can set the price of the trip yourself, like to bargain. I set the price of x2 from the application to get $ 2. We left without any problems, I paid in $$. Our hotel is 6 km away.

We were in this shopping center, the prices are very acceptable, the local milk seemed more pleasant than ours. The prices are penny for fruits and what is most pleasant for children, there was a McDonald's. There is a good shopping center for Hurghada, there are shops of bygone brands, but the prices are high; there is a large grocery hypermarket, it is interesting to walk, but the prices are quite "biting", perhaps based on tourists. Here you can change money, buy, for example, Omega 3 at a reasonable price in a pharmacy with fixed prices (which is rare in Egypt). We managed to pay De facto with a Union Pay card from the Russian Standard bank in the store. You can eat, including remembering the taste of the Poppy (the price is much higher than ours, but the burgers are bigger).
In general, if you specifically go (as in our version), then there probably is no point.
