Good and polite receptionists, rooms are spacious and clean, cleaning on demand probably. We lived for three nights and died from the heat, as the air conditioners did not work at night. Breakfast is served in plates by room. The cafe on the 1st floor and in the courtyard of the hotel is good, the food is very tasty, thanks to the chefs for the delicious cuisine.

An excellent hotel, first of all, excellent for its service. The staff willingly helped me solve all the problems that arose, including buying air tickets, paying for food delivery, the laundry managed to wash and iron my jeans in 4 hours. I was surrounded with such care and attention that I finally felt like I was on vacation. Unlike Rixos, here at the entrance they are interested in whether you can get an immigration card - in the first case, I found out about it already at the PSC.
Special thanks to Gulnara, but all the staff deserves praise. My unequivocal recommendation.
For those who like to sleep longer, tell them in advance not to be disturbed, otherwise breakfast will come to you at 8 a.m. with a knock on the door, which cannot be ignored)

In general, it's not bad, there are small nuances, for example, the handles in the doors are poorly fixed, they almost hang, the light bulbs don't all work, the door in the shower cabin is dirty with water stains, perhaps the window is also unfortunately dirty in the room.
Of the advantages, a pleasant manager, there are free breakfasts, Wi-Fi of course, a very warm room, a nice comfortable bed, there is a minimum available set of drinks and accessories for personal use. Nice view from the window)

In principle, everything is fine.1 but, there were 2 doors in the bathroom, one of them is a shower room and one is not clear at all what .They opened it, and there were bottles from a polar Bear, and cigarette butts.
The room was rented as a double room , but for some reason there were shower accessories , a towel for one .We filmed for half a day and the fact that there was not everything explained by the fact that for half a day it is issued only like this .Strange. After we asked for a towel at least, the administrator gave us and said that it was a bonus.And there were no robes yet. There were dirty curtains in the closet.
Now about the advantages. The room had an electric kettle, 2 3in1 coffees,black and green tea bags,2 0.5 Turan and Albeni small mineral waters. The area is quiet. There is a parking lot.The staff was friendly.
