A nice spacious Russian steam room and a Finnish sauna, in my opinion, one of the best in Minsk + a 25m swimming pool with a separate path. There is enough space to relax, unwind and warm up.

Positive:
- a really large and spacious hall
- a large number of simulators for different muscle groups (3-4 for one shoulder)
- a lot of racks and block simulators, as well as bench presses
- excellent staff, they will always tell and show
- it feels like the gym was done professionally, but for a long time
Minuses:
- the lockers are not very good, that is, it is difficult to hang a jacket in them properly
- some kind of simulators suggests that they have been in operation for a long time

Music in the gym, it sometimes plays so loudly that it is impossible, the drain in the men's shower, if they wash 2-3 at once, then you stand ankle-deep in water. Now the lockers have been changed, who invented them at all, it is impossible to hang either a shirt or trousers, very low.
What can I say if the lock in the men's room could not be repaired for a couple of months. The state structure, in a word, has so far agreed on a penny latch)))

The gym is large, but the simulators themselves are not very good, somewhere there is no upholstery, somewhere they are broken, there are no soft rollers for the barbell, one was not very soft, there are no rollers for MFR, which are in any gym. The second time I come and the second time there is no girl at the reception, but then she comes with dishes or a kettle. Lockers are not locked, for such a subscription price it is a cringe. The pool is generally not bad, but the session begins and you are just launched into the locker room, it takes 10-15 minutes to change clothes and wash, and there are 30 minutes left to swim. There are no doors or at least curtains in the shower, and the shower itself does not look very nice. There were a lot of people at the session, I went into the pool and two paths were occupied by children who were finishing the lesson, I had to wait until the children finished and only then the coach gave the input. One lane was occupied by a sauna.

Give the administration a book about decent behavior and respect for visitors, especially familiarize them with the work, do not forget to say that you need to stand at the counter, during work, which is VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, I passed the daily rate of steps until I reached it. I waited only 30 minutes for the staff to deign to come over. To a woman with beautiful 40d eyelashes, thank you for not explaining anything and a wonderful look at you as an inferior being for her. The fact that children are engaged in the same track where people swim is generally the best. But the best thing is the pool, the small paths where you touch everyone while you are pushing on this narrow strip, while swimming and occasionally working massagers. In general, thanks, I didn't like it very much and I won't come again.

I am writing about a large pool of 25 m. I have never been so cold in any pool in Minsk as here. By the end of the session, my teeth were chattering and my legs were cramping.
Among other things: the ticket office is inconveniently located (near the gym). A strange system with locker keys (it is unclear where to put them during the session to be calm for the safety of things). Why not make elastic bracelets, as in almost all pools?
The shower is not very clean, the plumbing is all stained.
In general, I still did not understand why the price for a session is 17 rubles (in other pools ~ 12 rubles).
For the geysers and guns in the pool? Well, they are turned on only 5-10 minutes before the end of the session.
I won't go anymore. First of all, because I was frozen. And this is in the summer, in the heat.

A full range of unpleasant emotions, this is what awaits an adequate person who has visited the Serebryanka FOK. We decided to visit the sauna after reading good reviews on the Internet.
The photo shows only part of that horror, the rest can be felt by the smell.
The hammam has a terrible smell of mushrooms, mold, dampness, although it is worth noting that the stone couch there is excellent. Steam is supplied with eerie loud bubbling sounds.
The Finnish degree is quite good, but the nuances in this institution consist of a bunch of little things that completely spoil the impression, sticking screws out of the wall (into which you hit your head), something unpleasant on the walls (in the photo).An incomprehensible plastic basin with water in a Finnish bath.
Showers in which it is impossible to wash without a swimsuit or swimming trunks, because there are no doors to the TVM, it would seem a banal simple thing.
A lot of mold and mildew settled on the ceilings.
The pool is quite small, but deep enough, which there is not a single mention, not a single sign. The pool itself is inside with sharp corners of tiles, a step with an acute angle into the area of flowing water.
All installations, I'm sorry, but they look like shit and sticks, they flow with rust and I'm sure they're full of mushrooms.
The highlight on the cake is the radiators that flow dirty black water from the heating system directly into the pool, and under the feet of visitors.
The corridors are terribly slippery, I'm sure more than one injury was sustained.
I can not advise anyone this institution, take care of your health, the pores that you will inhale in a mushroom hammam will remain in your lungs for a long time.
A letter will be drawn up to the sanitary station to check this institution.

I have been going to the sauna in FOKA for quite a long time, I saw the cancellation of towels, the cancellation of one of the TVs, the second one was turned on well, to be honest, I thought it would be canceled too. There was a question with the pool: if you position yourself as a sauna with a pool and not with a font in which you can just stand to be doused with water from a cannon, then you probably need to make it so that you can swim in the pool, but agree. that when the whole sauna goes out to swim on the 1st track, it is very problematic to swim, especially when you consider that the child is taught to swim on the next one for the entire track... I will not say what the coach told me in response to my remark about this.... It's completely embarrassing. These are the problems guys....

Review of the pool. We bought 2 tickets, gave 36p, they said you can store shoes under a chair... Under a chair for 18p per person. We saw the pool (on25m.), there was no external service (even waiting places). As a result, we decided to refund the money for the tickets before the session. And then the worst thing was, an elderly woman was sitting at the checkout. Upon request to return the funds (25m pool and poor service turned away). She began to discuss with a colleague, they say, "you see, you see what they are doing," after which she began to communicate with the phrases "fuck, again... Let's get the checks" on the remark, she tried to justify herself "that it's difficult for her to make refunds" for some reason.. As a result, the mood was spoiled.

Review about the gym. A very spacious room, many simulators are present in several copies. Of the unusual simulators, there is a gravitron, a lot of biceps and row press machines. The cardio zone has a power mill, in addition to the standard cross-trainer, bicycles and a treadmill. Despite the reservation on the website, in fact, a towel and padlock are given out (at least when there are not very many people). The lockers are normal, I didn't go into the showers (but I saw how others used them, that is, most likely everything works). There is a rehabilitation machine with a movable axle at the end of the hall. To be completely honest, it's still 4.5 out of 5, but I rounded the stars up. For an honest five stars, there are not enough freemotion simulators and some attachments, but in general it is not critical. Also, a triceps machine would be a plus (as if there is a lot for biceps, but for triceps I noticed only a gravitron and bars with a counterweight). The staff is usually polite, but occasionally someone may be slightly out of sorts. A slightly unusual chest-back machine, usually take 2in1 and it takes up much less space. Again, it's not critical that it does its job, it just takes up twice as much space. Heavy rock is mostly played in the hall. I'm fine, fortunately the acoustics are of high quality, but in general the music is for an amateur.
