We had a rest in January, a very cool hotel! Polite staff, the food is delicious and varied! Animation , warm pool ) We had a rest with the children ! Very clean!!!! Large green area, I recommend it to everyone. I am a very moody tourist))) but I liked everything! So it's really 5!

We stayed at the Serenity alpha beach hotel.The hotel is beautiful, large territory, several swimming pools, buffet, restaurants, entertainment program every day. Very polite staff, always ready to help. The room is clean, but a little shabby. The room was cleaned every day. The bar in the room was replenished with drinks daily, which is very pleasant. The beach is clean, there are many sun beds, there is a bar nearby, there is a shower room. Spending time at the hotel was wonderful, we will definitely come back!!! Special thanks to the Sheriff for his work and caring for the guests of the hotel!!!

We are currently vacationing in this hotel pros beautiful territory clean and well maintained Cons- basic hygiene items are not replenished in the rooms, even on the first day upon check-in there were no toothbrushes, soap for two, etc. a bathrobe was barely questioned, slippers were also requested, and soap and toothpaste were not replenished until the end of the rest, the bar was not replenished daily, although ultra everything is included, even the first day was not replenished to the end. to convey everything as it should be , although there is always a tip , the food in the main restaurant is not bad , but there is no seafood at all, meat, chicken, too, the choice is not great, but in general you will not stay hungry, there is no snow bar, although they say it works, they came in the snow, the bar said the order will be delivered only in 30 minutes , better wait for lunch in the main restaurant , there is no animation at all, there is only one small heated pool, there is no indoor spa pool, the spa is only in the neighboring hotel, and there is no indoor pool or Jacuzzi there either, of course. The staff is more or less trying, they get bored in the evenings, I won't come to this hotel next time!!! We didn't like it!!!
