100% ready to visit, very unusual works, I definitely advise you to take an audio guide to understand the essence that the author wanted to convey and learn his story.
I watched the movie Repentance a long time ago, I knew a little about the difficult fate of the Master. This visit to the museum revealed to me all the facets of an extraordinary talent, I will definitely review his films. All travelers must visit this museum!!!
The place is a must-visit, even if you haven't seen a single film by this director. There are many interesting collages, dolls, hat paintings in the collection of the exhibition - there is something to see, even if you just came in for curiosity. I advise you to take a tour - with it you can better get into the personality of Parajanov.
A nice cozy museum filled with all sorts of interesting objects in the style of Sergei Parajanov. The staff is very friendly. It turned out that a guided tour must be booked in advance. But the audio guide is available.
It is worth visiting this museum to learn about the work of this talented man with a difficult fate
I strongly recommend you to visit. And with a guide. You will learn about an exceptionally talented person, you will want to watch his films again with a different background. A very beautiful view from the playground in front of the house to Ararat and Yerevan. Parajanov himself chose this place to live. But unfortunately, I haven't lived in this house for a day.
The Sergei Parajanov Museum in Armenia.
A place where creativity, eccentricity and uniqueness are mixed. Here you can feel the energy that this anticipatory person left behind. It is highly recommended to visit the museum with a guided tour to fully immerse yourself in its creative world.
Magnificent collages created from unusual materials speak of his unsurpassed love of textures and details. Every work by Sergei Parajanov, whether it's his films or musical dramas, is like a voiceover painting that you can freeze behind. It is incredible how Parajanov saw the true beauty of the world.
The museum also has programs for children that allow them to create their own collages and learn more about his work.
I recommend.
The museum was impressive, the staff was friendly, and many points were explained.

The most favorite place in Yerevan. Very interesting expositions, location, friendly and kind staff! To everyone who has ever been to Yerevan and to cinema lovers — a must visit
There are quite a few exhibits. You should definitely take a guide or an audio guide if you don't know much about Sergei Parajanov. I took an audio guide (a phone with headphones), it was very interesting. Outside there are quite beautiful views of the Ararat brandy factory and Noah
A very interesting exhibition. The guide is in love with her business and very competently conducted the tour in Russian. Amazing collages, information about Parajanov's films and many other interesting things.
The most interesting museum of a talented director and artist. In addition to photographs and personal belongings, the museum presents many original works by Sergei Parajanov.
I recommend taking a ticket with an excursion - this way you can learn a lot more. The staff is from among the people who remember the master.
It is a very beautiful and intimate museum. I recommend you to visit! And be sure to take a guide. It is very cozy and touching at home. If you go around the museum and walk along a parallel street, there is a cafe with pastries, the feeling that you are in the Soviet Union. Very kind, open people. Armenia, Yerevan - bloom forever!!!
Everyone who comes to Yerevan should definitely visit here. The hospitable staff of the museum, a cozy cafe in the courtyard, and most importantly - the opportunity to "touch" the personality and fate of the great master.
Most of all, the works of the master that he created while in prison were striking. For example, portraits pressed with a fingernail on aluminum lemonade lids. A talented man who couldn't live a day without creativity. And no circumstances prevented him from creating. And it's better to take excursions, they are luxurious here.
A very significant place.Be sure to visit with a guided tour.Very interesting.

A very curious museum. Parajanov was a difficult director and, apparently, an ambiguous person. But it is necessary to see how the art laboratory works. Then everyone will have their own grades. But the way the Parajanov museum space is organized deserves attention and respect.
It's an amazing place. Very beautiful collages. The Atmospheric Museum.
Take a guided tour or an audio guide, it's interesting to hear about the life of a wonderful creator.
the museum is super, there are a lot of interesting exhibits, the fate of the author is difficult, but there is so much humor in everything - it's worth a visit
After reading the laudatory reviews, we decided to visit this place with our family. Very strange impressions of the place, although they took an audio guide to understand "what the author wanted to say."
Firstly, this is the first place in Yerevan where the staff did not seem sincere and open: the keepers of the halls from the series "silence should be in the library!", the cashier is the same.
Secondly, the house museum itself is exactly a museum, from "home", everyday life - one room, the rest is an exhibition space.
Next are the exhibits. At the first (and second) glance, it becomes clear that the author is a person who perceives the world through the prism of his own madness. A set of collages of everything that comes to hand - dolls, jars, feathers, Christmas tree toys, dried fruits, shells, broken dishes... Some compositions cause unpleasant sensations inside. And so it is in all the halls. Moreover, all the exhibits are "tired", some kind of dusty, naphthalene, I would say.
In general, we did not understand the admiring reviews about the museum, and we cannot recommend it to our friends at all. At least this is not the first place to visit in sunny Yerevan.
And if it suddenly becomes interesting to learn about the difficult fate of the director and his ambiguous perception of reality, then it is better to read about it in books.
Yandex incorrectly marked the location) Neither the excalator nor the elevator work at the Novosibirsk International Thermal Salon. It is very inconvenient to drag a child with a stroller up the tall stairs to the second floor.
an amazing place for an incredibly talented director, world famous Sergei Parajanov!
An excursion in different languages of the world, a souvenir shop and, of course, the works of Genius themselves.
An amazing museum of an amazing, brilliant man. The place is very inspiring and allows you to look at familiar things from a different angle, learn something new about love, humanity, creativity and other topics of interest.
I have been to Yerevan many times and somehow I did not have time to look into this museum, I was directly struck by the wonderful guide. I have awakened a new interest in the Maestro!!
A mood-creating museum. I recommend it to all visiting friends. It is necessary to take an audio guide or an excursion, otherwise it will be impossible to feel a lot.
And if you were not familiar with the work of Sergei Parajanov before visiting the museum, then you will definitely want to see "The Color of Pomegranate" or "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" after that
A beautiful museum, worth a visit, even if you haven't watched Parajanov's films yet. But if the installation art is not yours, then probably not worth it.
The museum itself is beautiful, but the guide (an elderly woman) seemed to be trying to assert herself at our expense, you asked her a question and she told you, DO YOU THINK I DO NOT KNOW? I know
A very interesting museum! You won't see anything like it anywhere! An amazing collection of collages by Parajanov. You can learn a lot about his difficult life and fate. The house itself deserves special attention. There is an observation deck with a view of Ararat next to the house

A small interesting museum about a great man is a plus. But the organization has "0" stars.
Before entering the museum, I specifically found out if card payments were accepted and they answered that yes. The cashier was not there, despite the fact that the museum had been open for half an hour. They offered to pay after the inspection. When I finished the inspection, my grandfather immediately ran up to me and began to demand payment, as if it was my fault that he was not at his workplace during working hours. When he saw the card, he immediately stated in a dissatisfied tone that the cards were not accepted because the terminal was not working and began to demand cash. It was my last day in Armenia, so the cash was settled, otherwise I would not have found out about the card payment. I was offered to go look for an ATM and withdraw cash (the fact that my bank will take a large commission does not concern them). As a result, I had to pay in cash after 10 minutes of arguing with an ungracious employee. He just took my money and put it in the table, without even GIVING ME A TICKET OR A RECEIPT! I ruined the impression of the museum by 100%.
The house is gorgeous, the exposition is wonderful, but why Parajanov became a cult figure is a question! The more sophisticated and outrageous, the more fashionable?? I wanted to know more!

A wonderful museum, with a homely atmosphere, friendly and warm. A lot of new and good things have been learned about Parajanov, he was not presented to us like this. And it's a pity that a man of unique talent is just for his dissimilarity ... The exposition is very interesting, you can not take a guide, but limit yourself to headphones in Russian. The staff is organic, as if everyone is very happy that you accidentally came to visit them
The museum is beautiful, but evil and ill-mannered people work in it. They did not want to let us in 40 minutes before the museum closed, it is not known for what reason, they were kicked out and rude, although the museum was not supposed to finish work yet, according to the schedule it was still 8 minutes before closing. They watch Solovyov's broadcasts at full volume in the museum and do not hesitate, it terribly interferes. The impression of the museum is ruined. Evil people shouldn't work in such a wonderful museum.
An interesting exposition, but to make it interesting, it is advisable to know something in advance or at least watch a couple of Parajanov's films. Because he was a talented man, but extremely ambiguous and with a difficult fate. Ticket prices are affordable.
