I liked the hotel. The food is delicious, there is enough of everything, vegetables, fruits, desserts, chicken, turkey, beef, fish - there is always a choice, for dinner it is mandatory, something is cooked on the grill. Everything is delicious.
The room with a view of the bassen was very pleased, there is everything you need (TV with 3 Russian channels, hair dryer, candeille). There is only soap in the bathroom, take shower gel, shampoo, and balm with you.
The staff is smiling, cleanly dressed. The shirts are white, ironed. It is very pleasing to the eye. They speak Russian poorly.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away, it didn't bother me and the child. A minibus runs every hour. There have always been sun beds and mattresses. In early October, the sea was amazing - very warm. There is a bar on the beach and they bake tortillas.
The pool is not big, not deep, clean. The children's pool is shallow, the children liked it.
There are many fruit trees growing on the territory (pomegranate, mandarin, olives, figs, date palms....) The territory is not large, but cozy.
You will not stay hungry, there is a lot of food, they even give you ice cream.
A very good hotel for 4*.
There is a small market and a pharmacy near the hotel. You can also get from the hotel to the old Side (there by 11, back by 10 buses), take a walk, look at the ruins.
There is a large supermarket not far from the hotel.
Animation! Well, there is a mixed opinion here... The children's animator does not speak Russian at all, but the children understood her. My daughter liked the children's disco. Animation for adults is a bit weak, plus Russian is spoken very poorly. But it doesn't bother us, we are our own animators), there was also live music (the songs were in Russian, German, English, Polish), karaoke. In general, everything is not bad. But!!! The huge joint of the hotel is a DJ!!! Some old grandfather is sitting there (well, maybe not quite grandfather) and turns on the same thing every day, just as if he has a record and he starts it up. It's the same thing every day. Even during the day, the same music plays by the pool 5 times. It does not include anything modern, we really asked for $, but no. This is the only disadvantage of the hotel.
We would have returned to the hotel, but only after the DJ was fired!!!

A small, cozy hotel. We rested from October 10 to October 23. The territory is green and well maintained. Everything is compact and well thought out. A large restaurant with an open terrace. The food is varied and delicious. I tried artichokes for the first time. One thing was annoying - many people were smoking on the terrace. But you can safely eat in a closed restaurant. You have to walk to the beach for 10 minutes, if you shuffle. A small bus goes to and from the beach once an hour. The beach is small but comfortable. The sun beds are good, in sufficient quantity. You need to take the mattresses yourself. There is no beach fight. Three rows of large awnings were enough for everyone. Awnings are the best protection from the sun, I think so. The sea is beautiful. Clean, with a good approach. Not small. Delicious gozleme tortillas were baked on the beach. One thing bothered me again was smoking right on the deck chairs. The smokers are mostly Germans, of whom half of the hotel. People come to breathe the sea air, and here they smoke through one. I even had an argument with one young mother, who was sitting on a sunbed and smoking, and hid the steers in the sand. It was a crowd of half-Germans, half-Russian speakers. We tried to choose a place on the beach away from them. Russian smoking girls walked away from the sunbeds to smoke. So much about smokers, because it got sick. I liked the rest mostly. We chose a hotel according to our budget. The tour cost 157 thousand for two and it was the decisive argument. If possible, we will return to this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of October
Positive:
1) The beach and the sea - it is not far from the beach and it is comfortable to walk, there have always been sun beds, mattresses, the entrance to the sea and the sea itself are amazing. There is a bar with drinks on the beach and gozleme tortillas are baked at lunch. There is no banging music, you can relax and even take a nap
2) The location of the hotel - near the bazaar, shops, pharmacy. Buses to Ancient Side and Manavgat stop almost at the entrance (I strongly advise you to go to Side yourself, an interesting and very beautiful place)
3) Good staff - always friendly, diligent, there were no problems with understanding the language
4) Clean, cleaning and linen change every day
5) Sooo delicious meat. Both at lunch and on the grill. Especially on the grill. Such a soft, juicy, kebabs are generally a dump of everything
6) Local alcohol is not bad, they pour it without being greedy
7) You can go to a local spa for a trial massage / peeling, it is inexpensive, they accept any money. The massage itself was good, and the skin after peeling and oil shone for several days afterwards
Minuses:
1) Everything is tired - from the interior to the towels, somewhere something is chipped off, moves away from the wall, etc. For some reason, at the end of the rest, the shower turned into a Russian roulette, either cold water or boiling water could go abruptly
2) The animation repeats. It was more than a week and on the same day of the week the same performers came with the same repertoire. Similarly, children's animation, there is generally groundhog day for poor animators, I felt sorry for them 😆 for a long time to wait for entertainment after dinner
3) Rather modest and repetitive food choices
From myself, I will say in terms of taste: I was not bothered by the tired interior or the monotonous food at all, and I liked the evening animation. The sea and the beach are cool, the food is good, I caught Wi-Fi everywhere on the territory of the hotel, they gave delicious ice cream, poured pastries with coffee, gave out towels, in short, it was cool.)

We had a rest in October, the very end of the season. We were satisfied with the rest. A very nice, but not very expensive hotel. The food is excellent. There is always a large selection, delicious. We walked to the beach, but there was a shuttle service every hour. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can go to antique Side or to Monagaft, 10 minutes, buses run frequently. We rested at this hotel from 07/14/24 to 07/21/24. The territory of the hotel is not large, this also has its advantage - you will not get lost. There are 2 pools, I liked them too. One is where you can just splash and just swim, the depth is 140, there is a pool for kids. Another pool with slides (mini water park). They turn on the water on the slides at a certain time. The rest of the time you can just swim there. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are cleaned regularly. The staff is polite, although not everyone understands Russian, but they will always smile back at you. The menu is varied. There is everything for food... Meat, chicken, nuggets, French fries, mashed potatoes, fresh and stewed vegetables, sweets are very tasty, the buffet is always beautifully decorated, there is always a free table where you can eat outside, where there are fans or inside. The juices are delicious, sweet soda and plain bottled water and boiling water. I only drank coffee for breakfast, probably it is always in coffee machines. Alcoholic beverages are also available... Beer, champagne, belisse, cocktails, baby cocktails are also very tasty. And there is also a lawn tennis court, we even tried to play. A minibus goes to the beach and back every hour - it's convenient, it takes 2 minutes to drive. If you walk, then 5-7 minutes. There is also a bar on the beach where all drinks are available. Then they bake tortillas with different fillings there - delicious. The sea is clear, the entrance is wide, you do not need to walk for a long time to go deeper. Pebbles and sand do their job- acupressure. There are massage services, hammam, and other spa treatments. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, which takes you to the city of Side, where you can walk or shop. And so everything can be bought near the hotel. Very nice people who bought tours from. An excellent pharmacy where they speak Russian and understand what the customer wants. There are all sorts of entertainments at the hotel in the evening, I liked it. The only downside is that everyone smokes anywhere. There is no separate place on the beach where all smokers can gather, they smoke right where they sit. And so it is everywhere... They sailed on the ship, where they also sit, they smoke there. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this hotel from September 21 to September 30, 2024. The hotel is worth the money and corresponds to its 4*. First of all, I want to mention the food, varied and delicious, it is easy to gain 1-2 kg during the rest. Hot dishes of chicken, turkey, lamb and beef are well prepared. It was more monotonous with fish, there were only two types of fish, there was no seafood. There were always apples and pears, plums and grapes, melons and oranges, and there were also a lot of various greens and salads. A lot of cheeses, though salty, a large selection of sweets. Tea, coffee, cocoa, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. After lunch, ice cream. Hot Turkish tortillas with different fillings were baked on the beaches.
The beach is equipped, walk to it slowly for 10-15 minutes, the water is warm, the shore is sandy. Of the minuses, the hotel's beach is small, the sun loungers are close to each other, the entrance to the sea is immediately deep.
But the weather was summer, all days the sun and the temperature + 30, the sea is quite calm, the water is clean, no jellyfish.
The territory is small, but green, oleander blooms, pomegranates ripen, palm trees and pines grow. The hotel has a swimming pool and small slides.
We settled in a bungalow-type room, everything we needed was: air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, toilet. However, the condition is not always good, the toilet needs to be repaired, the shower hose was replaced. They clean regularly, and the bed linen is changed.
Of the disadvantages, I will note too loud music by the pool and in the evening, you can hear it perfectly in the room, you can only fall asleep after 23 hours. Breakfast starts early at 7 a.m. and you need to have time to take sun loungers on the beach, if you come late, then there will be no good places. Dinner starts at 19 o'clock, everyone strives for this time to take the most delicious and hot, so queues form. There are no restrictions on smoking, so they smoke everywhere: in the restaurant at tables, on the beach on sun loungers, by the pool, in bars. I note this as a minus, because there are a lot of non-smokers and children everywhere.
Additional excursions are offered. Animation is available daily, the band Hakuna Matata performed once, they sang very well. Once there was a performance by a dance group. There is music for any age at the disco, as there are many elderly pensioners among the vacationers.

A great hotel, lots of children's entertainment and various pools with slides. The buffet is just wonderful, as well as the waiters and bartenders, very responsive and friendly. The rooms are just great! Everything is beautifully and neatly folded. Frequent room cleaning and even beach towels. There is also a mini bar on the beach, and a kitchen of delicious gizume tortillas

BUT FOR US IT WAS A plus because the child is small and you can't leave her with anyone, we didn't want to dance. I had a desire to sleep and take a walk.
- the pools without heating were already very cold, but this is the end of the season (from October 24 to October 31)...

I was at this hotel at the end of September 2024. Considering the cost of the tour with a flight from Moscow for 10 days 170,000 for two, I am quite satisfied with the rest and the hotel. Nice hotel. 19.10.24-30.10.24. We lived in room 124, excellent condition, were in three others, there were no scuffs and broken tiles. The room is cleaned every day. The food is good. Breakfast is standard, for lunch there are 2 types of meat plus fish, for dinner there are always two types of fish (brook trout, bonito, mackerel, etc.) and meat (lamb, turkey, quail, chicken), a lot of vegetables, fruits, salads. Decent alcohol, excellent champagne, gin, whiskey, vodka, wines, beer. Coffee is brewed in the lobby, in Turkish. The beach is clean, it takes exactly 10 minutes to walk, or a transfer, there are a lot of sunbeds, but it is advisable to come before 10.00, otherwise interesting places were dismantled. The sea is transparent, flocks of various fish in shallow water. The air temperature is +27, the water temperature is 24-27. The only entertainment is volleyball. There was no animation, drunken discos and obscene karaoke of our compatriots did not count. There were performances by local artists a couple of times. English is everywhere, only the girl in the hammam spoke Russian. Pools without heating. Children are frankly bored!

We stayed at the hotel with a one-year-old child from September 17 to 22, 2024.
Of the cons:
- tired rooms and shared spaces,
- if the windows overlook the pool, it is very noisy (with a child it is better to take the other way)
- I often saw dirt on the dishes in the dining room, it was unpleasant
- the territory is small, there is not much place to walk
- you will have to walk to the sea, but the road is pleasant nearby: good coverage, there is shade from trees and on the way the entrance to the park and a beautiful decorated photo zone
- practically none of the staff speaks Russian, only English
Of the advantages:
- high-quality and quite varied food (even the baby ate fruits and vegetables and everything was fine)
- a good beach (perfect sand, awnings, sun beds are normal, you can ask for a mattress on them at the bar, a lot of trash cans)
- responsive staff (I asked to cook meat and vegetables for the baby separately, everything was done).
In general, we were set up for a budget holiday without frills and this hotel is suitable. For those with kids, it may be relevant: we rented a car for a day at the hotel and went for a walk ourselves. 55 dollars for the car itself + 10 hard hats and 5 chairs. We visited the green canyon, the waterfall, the antique Side and the restaurant on the embankment.

We just arrived , we were from July 22 to July 31 .The rooms are in need of repair , the food is good (we didn 't even go to lunch three times )The rooms are cleaned constantly, clean.Who with young children at the sea will not like the entrance, for all 10 days the sea was not calm (there are no bumpers ) the entrance is very fast three meters and deep , we are good , we are adults and swam perfectly.But two excellent pools (of course, we only swam there once) we came to the sea to swim ... A very noisy hotel is not suitable for pensioners, first from 10 am to 12 (fortunately we were at sea at that time)then you just have lunch and you want to lie down under the air conditioner a little in the heat and the animation starts from 15 to 17, but we're at the sea again at 16, then dinner and the animation starts very loud from 21 to 23 every day except Sunday.And the whole point is that if you close the door on the balcony, then for some reason the cracks are large and there is no escape from this noise .Those who do not have a balcony on the pools are probably quieter there , but I doubt it since the road is passing from that side ... I liked the hotel, it was good. The receptionist is very responsive, always ready to help. The territory is small, but clean. The food is very tasty and for different tastes, lots of fruits, vegetables, herbs, desserts)
If you are from Pegasus, then the amazing Nargiza will help you) will answer all questions and help where the hotel staff could not help.
The beach is nearby. It takes 7 minutes to walk, but there is also a minibus once an hour. There is a bar on the beach with beer and used drinks, and a woman also comes and cooks tortillas with cheese or potatoes.
I lower the score for the complete absence of animation, what is not to call it..

Good day! I, my son of 2 years and my husband had a rest at the Serra Park Hotel with my family from 09/18/14 to 09/26.24. This is not our first time in Turkey, we always rested at 5*, but according to the prices we decided to go to 4*. If you are interested in this hotel, read the review to the end!!! I'll attach a photo.
1. We checked in strictly on time, we changed our clothes and went to lunch. The restaurant is divided into two parts, an indoor and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. high chairs for feeding children, a barbecue is located on the veranda. Nutrition: with young children, feeding is of course an ambush, especially if the baby is selective in food (like ours))). There were pasta, but always with hot sauce, in pure form only spaghetti, powdered mashed potatoes, delicious rice (I added gravy for the child), sometimes I had to give French fries ((, because the child refused to eat mashed potatoes, and spicy pasta is not an option at all, meat is a lot and tasty, there was a barbecue and its taste I still remember-super, grilled vegetables, onion rings, nuggets, a lot of vegetables and salad greens too, stuffed peppers, mushrooms, etc., fruits: apples (cut into slices in the restaurant and took with me for the child), a couple of times pears, black grapes (with pits), melon without much taste and firm. According to cereals: milk, and in it the cereal floats and has a liquid consistency. Desserts are normal, delicious coffee and beer are normal, wine of course is not! In general, my husband and I always ate enough and everything was delicious, but with capricious children it was an ambush ...!
2. The hotel territory is very small and with a stroller we walked around it in 10-15 minutes, but we read about it and were generally ready for it. On the territory there are water slides with a swimming pool and another pool for adults and children near the outdoor terrace (I wrote above). Everything is clean, there were animations a couple of times (foam party, CANDY PARTY). Overall a quiet and peaceful hotel, without loud music and crazy animators. There is a mini market with maxi prices outside the hotel, a little further there is also a small market, but prices there are slightly cheaper and there is a choice! There is a lake with ducks behind this market (I will attach a photo.
3. The beach. The road to the beach with a stroller is 7-10 minutes, we walked and admired the plants and saw a turtle a couple of times))). We took gozleme on the beach a couple of times-it was delicious). The beach with steers and there is small debris, we came to the beach every evening before dinner, but we did not observe the cleaning, although they should clean up the garbage in the evenings, collected mattresses from sun beds and that's it... And so, the beach is sand and small pebbles, despite the strong waves, for the first time in three days the sea is the purest! you can see the fish and pebbles on the bottom, it's great, of course! I also do not advise standing in the water, because in the sea small fish bite their feet until they bleed. Personally, I was not bitten, but my husband was bitten and my neighbors on the beach complained. The beach itself belongs to the hotel. Who goes with the kids, take toys with you, the price tag on them is space here and they are faded and not interesting (we took: an inflatable pool, a beach set (watering can!, a saw, a bucket, molds for sand, well, where without plastic cars)), because the child is small and at first was afraid of the sea and the noise of the waves, the pool was just 100% useful, they collected water with a bucket, but you can also grab a bottle)))). So the sea is warm and clean, and we were lucky with the weather +28 +32! Sunburn products are needed!
4. Shopping. We were in the leather and fur salon and bought outerwear for ourselves and the child for winter and demi-season, well, of course you need to bargain as always in Turkey, we were satisfied with the discounts! Nearby was the NOVA MALL shopping center, some of the things were bought there, because our price tag is MUCH higher (as an example, I bought an oversize jacket with our money for 4000, we have 12000). I liked the shopping center and for those who like to buy at a discount, you can safely go. They paid in lira. There is also a clothing market in Manavgat, but we have not been there, our neighbors at the hotel told us.
5. We went to the ancient city and it's a fairy tale, I recommend it! But I can immediately say that you need to go with the child in the late afternoon (after 16:00), because it is harder to walk in the open air in the heat, but at the end of September it was tolerable and the stroller had a light dome, the child even in September-October a headdress! But a sunset photo in an ancient city would have turned out even better! We got there by bus (I warn you right away, if you are with a child in a stroller, I advise you to fold it and wait for the bus, because no one will wait for you while you fold it, so we missed one bus!). In front of the hotel, bus No. 11 runs across the street approximately every 15-30 minutes, back No. 10, (just do not "oversleep" your hotel and tell the driver the name of the hotel). Further, upon arrival in the old Side, steam trains run (for a fee) and they will take you to the right place, but you can also walk if the children are already older. We rode the train with the breeze and were satisfied)))!
6. Well, at the end of the room on the second floor, like 202! The view from the window to the water slides (there is a whole complex of water slides near the hotel) and of course the mountains were visible and the smell was fresh, in the evenings it was extraordinary! There is a double bed in the room, two curbstones on the sides, instead of a children's bed, a PLAYPEN ..., a wardrobe, a safe, a long chest of drawers above it, a mirror, TV (a couple of Russian channels), nothing unusual in the bathroom, only noise and smell from the hair dryer, there was no gel and shampoo, they took it with them, there was only liquid soap, Toilet paper! we understood that this was the 4th time we would not even have paid attention to it, if not for one thing ...
On the first day we did not notice, because we were tired and went to rest early, but on the evening of the second day in the evening we saw a cockroach on the chest of drawers! Next, on the very first day, I put packed cookies, cornflakes in a drawer (everything was packed), when I opened it, there was a cockroach egg and a small cockroach crawling all over the drawer! Every evening, when we came to the room, we turned on the light and first of all looked at the floor, and 2-3 pieces of mustachioed monsters were always waiting for us in the corridor. They lived under the floor, at the entrance to the bathroom (I'll attach all the photos, I'm sorry I can't attach the video from the drawer). Honestly, I've been to Turkey many times, but to cockroaches...This is too much! Of course, the rest was spoiled! We went to the reception four times, promised to clean up and that's it, there was no question of changing the room. I was more worried about the child, of course, I was afraid that they would crawl into my ear or nose. Cleaning was carried out 2 times during the whole time. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I don't want to tolerate animals either! We chose the hotel so carefully because of the child and when we saw IT... we didn't want to go up to the room to spend the night there! I do not know how the other rooms and floors are, but as we were later told, there is a storage room nearby and maybe they are running from there. We did not take food to the room from the restaurant, and if we did, then only fruits for the child and put them in the mini-refrigerator, and again, I usually took a couple of apples from the restaurant, a little grapes and put them in a sandwich bag (which we took with us because of the child). The cookies, corn and breadsticks that were in the drawer were closed, we didn't even have time to open them and the fruit puree hadn't been opened yet (I'm attaching a photo in the drawer). I hope you can imagine how we packed our bags, afraid to bring "foreigners with mustaches" with us. They put things in bags, while shaking everything up to the socks and put them in suitcases (on arrival home, they shook again. They didn't bring me home, which is good). Every morning, we checked the ears and nose of the child!!! In general, it would be possible to put a 5* hotel, despite the fact that there was no expected nutrition for small children...I repeat, ours is just fastidious in food and I would not put fewer stars because of this, BUT cockroaches in the room and no action was taken! If you decide to go to this hotel, take something from the cockroaches and be careful!

Super! It's just a fairy tale! We were with my son in April, the weather was pleasant! Pools, slides in the hotel, beach, sea, bar, everything is cool! The road to the beach is not stressful, five minutes, it's time to walk. There is a bus running, but I never wanted to get on it, and wait for it longer than to go.

I'll start with the pros, the hotel area is all green, there are slides and pools for children and adults, there is a lot of food, everything is delicious, as well as drinks at the bar. There is also a Toucan children's club, in which the animator does not know Russian (as well as the entire hotel staff with the exception of 3 people), he can not attract children with anything other than drawings on their faces. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach at a calm pace, the transfer goes once an hour (indicated in the schedule), but for some reason in our week they often had No Service. The beach is stone / sand and a wonderful entrance to the clear sea, the bar is open from 10 to 17 after which it closes everything and toilets as well (keep this in mind in advance), cakes are baked from food (very tasty). As for the rooms, they are not bad, but there has never been any cleaning for the whole week from any of the Russians (at least 12 people were asked), and they complained at the reception and offered money to no avail. The refrigerator did not work in the room itself (as well as almost everyone). There is no theft in the hotel, there are many Russians, all are friendly. In the evening, there was a mini disco for children, magic tricks and karaoke.
