Everything is fast and clear. We changed Russian numbers to Georgian ones in a couple of hours. First, they examined the car, took the INN , sts and pts. All duties were paid on the ticket, the Russian numbers were deposited and the Georgian ones were taken away.
The reverse procedure was even faster. It was done in an hour.
Payment is made both in cash and by card, many people speak Russian. Everything is clear!
Normal public services. There is an electronic queue for coupons, there are waiting areas, a liberty ATM, you can pay with both a card and cash. I reissued the car for myself, it took about 40 minutes. But you need to arrive early, ideally in time for the opening. On the first day, I arrived after lunch - a lot of people, I decided to try it the next day. I arrived in the morning, it was completely empty, literally 5-10 people in front of me. But by 10:30 they had already started to catch up, and there were a lot of people again.
Almost all employees speak Russian.
They put temporary Georgian numbers here. We spent two days, but if you know the nuances, then you can change it in a couple of hours! In general, be sure to print out the PTC (if you have an electronic one). And have cash with you (we needed 82 lars).
