The Garant service center is representatives of the Atlant brand, as far as I understand. An almost new expensive Atlant refrigerator broke down hard from rotten electrics in Almaty. I turned here, tearfully asked for urgent repairs at home. There are a lot of orders, but the operator said that she would do her best for her part. And I did-a wonderful master arrived not after 2-3 days, but the next day in the evening. The master's name is Tahir, remember TAHIR is an unrealistically pleasant and positive man, calm, neat, very sincere, modest, humane and understanding. A believer, therefore very honest and decent. He is just a beautiful and mentally bright person! In addition to the beautiful human features, Tair is also an amazing master, really a professional in his field. I examined everything, immediately corrected it, told, showed, consulted, brought with me branded spare parts, documents, receipts, etc., that is, everything is open, understandable and official. And their prices, I tell you, are very acceptable, more "earthly" and affordable than those of all sorts of crooks and idlers according to private ads on Olx. The wonderful master Tahir not only did his job perfectly, but also gave a great mood, gave more than just a refrigerator repair. I am still delighted, it is rare to find both humanity and professional work at once. The operator (I do not know the name) is also a very pleasant and understanding lady, advises quickly and clearly, is experienced and competent, does her job even better than usual, it is immediately felt.
In general, the Garant service center is a place where really good, honest, decent people and professionals work, and I am really very satisfied and grateful.
