I drove the car for repair, after 3 hours they recruited, for approval, at the beginning of some parts and after that others, because they do not work with these spare parts, the master quit. I.e., for the agreed work and the cost had to be added another 30%.
The result: there was no repair, the diagnosis was completed, the car was taken away.
I made the recording in almost 2 weeks, the spare parts were re-selected already when the car was at the service station, while the meaning of the recording is not clear to me, and also why coordinate the cost of repairs and spare parts for earlier?
I'm changing my mind about this service.

I applied for an oil and filter replacement, it is indicated on the website when buying a service station REPLACEMENT for FREE! I called, at lunch to clarify the time, asked to call back a little later, the master called back, asked to reset the technical passport for ordering the filter and INDICATED the TIME By 09:00 to come for a replacement. Upon arrival at the specified time, I turned to the master , he asked me to wait because the filter had not yet been delivered . I waited until 12:00, after which the master said go home, WE WILL CALL YOU as soon as the place is available. I waited until 17:00 and the call did not arrive, I called myself and reminded myself, in response to all the same words, EXPECT US TO CALL YOU, WE WORK UNTIL 20:00. No one called in the evening, in the morning, in the afternoon, too, silence. I took time off from work, lost my time and money!!!. This is the first time I've encountered such a disregard. Complete indifference to the client. It aims to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Society. Such STOshniks need to be taught to RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND APPRECIATE THOSE WHO BRING THEM PROFIT

The level of locksmiths and craftsmen leaves much to be desired ( although the guys are moving away from the opposite ) . About warranty obligations, quality control, repair time frames - all this is also past this "service". The moral of this fable is that they couldn't make the car 4 times, and later the guys skillfully drove off the course and said that they say we didn't touch it, we didn't twist it. Maybe I'm just so lucky, but I want to keep the other guys safe.

There were serious problems with the brake system, the engine, the electrics, even the muffler, and he was tired of life dangling like a dog... language. In fact, the car was no longer running.
