I waited for a taxi for 25 minutes, eventually canceled the order because the answering machine says "the search for the driver continues", even without the opportunity to contact a regular operator! It makes sense to press the "speed up" button, if it is obvious that I am calling a taxi, then I need it in the next 5-10, maximum 15 minutes! The most terrible service, if you do not have cars, say so, and do not make you wait so long, it is better to overpay in another taxi, but it will arrive adequately in a minimum of time

This office just dumped me. I ordered a taxi for 5.45 in the morning, made the order at 5.20, and I had to be on site at 6.10, where I had to take a minibus to another city. 5.45, but there is no car, I call the operator -- the bot answers: the car has not been found, the waiting time is 15 minutes!!!! 15 minutes have passed: the car has not been found, the waiting time is 15 minutes!!! I had to urgently wake up my neighbor, thanks to whom I managed to get to where I needed to go (fortunately they waited for me a little).
I understand that it's morning, the distance from my house to my destination is small (about 5 km), but then why did you take an order at all? Why didn't they call back in the process and warn me that they couldn't fulfill the order, I wouldn't have hoped in vain, I would have contacted another service ...... In short, customer service is just terrible.
