On the way, that taxi driver called me and said that he had arrived...But I've already gone... And then I needed a taxi, and it's like I can't call it anymore!?🤔There is a debt on my account... Why the fright? Guys! If you have a dispatcher, how can I put it mildly, a moron, then what do I have to do with it!!??🤔 The client should leave faster, and you should get the money! I will pay for nothing, this is an oversight of the dispatcher! It was necessary not to give 2 taxis to the same address!!! Now you have to change the number...

Then I confirmed the order twice, and when I looked at the numbers, it turned out that the first call from "Lucy" was not fixed at all, the second from Tyumen, the third from Kemerovo, and I'm in Novosibirsk!!!!! I will definitely figure this out and advise others to pay attention to it. Maybe they have a lefty under the guise of a taxi?

You need a station wagon or a minivan. I changed my car and decided to order a taxi. The choice fell on this company, I saw that it eats such cars under their brand. The call is answered by a female voice...well, how should I say, a typical janitor in a student dormitory. Well, okay, I'm not Belmondo either) You can't order in advance - the answer is. I understand, people are on the route. I arrived at SDEK an hour later, I'm calling again. And they ask me - WHY DIDN'T YOU ORDER IN ADVANCE??? I'm starting to suspect that I'm communicating with a peculiar person. I keep trying to order a car, I give the address, indicating the SDEK office. "The waiter" demands to specify the entrance. I explain to her that this is the side from the street, there are no entrances here, there are offices, services...I'm standing here, after all, waving my arms by the roadside. He doesn't understand...She needs an entrance! Okay, I suggest you contact the driver later so that he can understand it better. NO - the connection is only through me! Well, let's order a car... And then - no, call others, hangs up. Curtain, disperse) I couldn't even imagine that such a "service" exists nowadays. And that such "watchwomen" communicate so rudely with customers. And in general, that such rude people work in this business, forgive me for my value judgment) I wish a speedy oblivion to such a thing...Amen to that!
