On Sunday, 10/20/2024, at around 10:00 a.m., I was driving in a taxi from Zarechny to Yekaterinburg. They sent Skoda rapid 45 region on the state number. The driver is completely inadequate. I started to sort things out on the road with another car. He obstructed overtaking, cut off, drove over the speed limit, and when another car tried to overtake, he drove in front of it and deliberately slowed down. Taxis suck. The driver is inadequate. He posed a threat to the lives of passengers and other road users! He did not respond to the requests of passengers to drive carefully, because his other car (Lada seems to have offended him. Do not order a taxi from this organization!!!

We decided to go to the railway station by taxi. After 20 minutes of waiting ("driver search") canceled the order. The operator's number is busy. It sucks! I'm deleting the application. I will not address them anymore. A car was called through another service - after 5 minutes it was already at the entrance.
Taxi Maxim is full of nerves. The order was accepted quickly, but when the time came to order the car was not sent, all the dispatchers' phones did not work at the reception. So I had to be left with nothing. They didn't even apologize. I will never contact such services again. But I'm already over 80.
Not a taxi, but just a nightmare. I ordered a taxi maxim for 08.50 today (I made the order at 08.20) at 9.20 there was a coupon for an ultrasound with a small child. The operator accepted the order, after a couple of minutes they called and told us the number of the car that was assigned to our order, as a result we went down, and I received an SMS that the taxi had been waiting for me since 8.30 and was on its way. This is how to understand how it is possible,
for which I called a specific time. I called them and asked where my car was, and the operator told me that he was waiting for me and left (I called the operator just a little bit 08.48), they can assign me a new car, which will have to wait 10.15 minutes. Of course, I will not use such a taxi anymore.
A couple of days before today, there was a case that I waited for a car for 50 minutes with three small children on the street. The service is disgusting. The service is terrible. I will never use any of the services again. When calling them, think about the fact that you may end up being late to where you needed to go.
I called a car to light mine, waited a very long time, the girl said that the service costs 7 rubles, the driver came and started whining that he still had to get his wires and said that 7 rubles was what he came here had to pay 10 although he generally wanted 15, I will never contact this taxi again

I won't speak for all the taxi drivers of this service, but the fact that they can let you down is a fact. I called a taxi in the evening (10 hours in advance!!!!), I had to catch the train in the morning. Within 5 minutes, the driver (Vitaly, VW Polo, state number 2785) took the order. I was surprised that in the morning the person confirmed the reservation for my delivery to the train station. And..... 2 minutes before the car arrived, the driver CANCELED the order!!!!!!!! In the app, the status has changed to "Driver Search". 15 minutes have passed, but the driver has not been found. I missed the train. There is no hope for this service. I will never use the Maxim service anymore, because this is an office without obligations.
What kind of feedback can you leave after making an order from the evening of 08/06/18 (19:20) to 5:00 in the morning, you hear: "Sorry, the car has not come out to you yet..."IT SUCKS!!!
