Skoda service managers, despite the workload, entered the position and repaired the calipers with replacement pads in 2 hours. We constantly called up and agreed on the list of ongoing works. The pads and guides were also delivered by themselves from the store. They did their job very professionally and inexpensively.

Very bad. There is nothing useful behind the beautiful appearance of the service station. Repairs take an unreasonably long time. The prices are high. They cannot make an accurate diagnosis, they try to change the unit, not repair it. There is no attitude towards customers. I will never go to this station. It was announced to the administrator that the car would not start (solve the problem) and the battery needed to be charged.
The order acceptance administrator works terribly. (I will explain further)
The master replaced the gas pump (well),
but he did not care about charging the battery - he did not charge the battery (although this was indicated in the order).
And he also vehemently claimed that my battery was allegedly not working properly.
He started the car for me from a charging device. (like - go figure it out yourself with your battery)
I specially drove 40 km to recharge the battery at least from the generator and lo and behold... it turns out that my car starts from the battery without any problems and he is not dead.
But the Administrator did not tell me the price of the cost of the work before they were performed.
I just put it in front of the fact that your car is ready... "It's just that we have such a price.." 80 rubles Handsome!

The most interesting thing is that I was suddenly given a 10% discount and the price gradually dropped to 62 rubles.
He drew me as much as 30 minutes of computer diagnostics, which is done in 10 minutes (apparently they included a solitaire game on the computer for their master) - 19.44 rubles

I would like to see the video recording of the workplace together with the administrator and the master who carried out the work, but to mark the TIME - my account would have decreased by 2 times 100%
The price of replacing the gas pump itself is 23.33 rubles (adequate)
Bottom line: they breed people for money by unreasonably overestimating the cost of work in time and attributing what was not done or was done but with much less time.
Change your Administrator - he does not know how to work with clients - does not finish, does not announce prices, hangs in the phone.
