I would put 0 stars, but there is no such possibility. I have never seen a worse service. It is useless to call the service center. From the word at all!!! They have no feedback from the client. I gave the TV for repair in July 2024. Three months later, they called back.....they said we can't fix it)))) Addition: I took the TV and turned to another workshop. Two days later, the TV was already repaired!!! The malfunction was simple - the backlight flew))) And for three months they told me that it was a matter of the power and (or) control board and they could not replace them))))
