The service is polite. But the repair period is up to 2 weeks. It is simply impossible to get through to them, you get to the cool center of the 21st century and they have no connection with the service center, just go personally and decide on the spot. They work until 21.00 norms.
I was not there, but everything that I gave for repairs was practically not repaired. Things came either dirty or damaged and were returned almost every time.
I gave the mixer for repair under warranty, they accepted and issued it quickly and without queues, three days later they called that everything was ready, arrived, took it away, everything works. I recommend it!
