I applied on Wednesday in advance to specify the repair period, time is expensive. I gave away my laptop on Thursday. Silence...Friday is quiet...they promise to tell you on Saturday how and what. Saturday is quiet. Sunday is a day off. Monday - my laptop is already on the master's desk, great! But...He's alone, he only has two hands, blah blah blah... Tuesday is not ready. Wednesday-oh, gods, he's ready. Well, as I'm ready - "your cooler is working, we'll take it off all right." Although even their data records that this laptop with a cooler error has been received by them for the third time. As a result, I installed Windows 10 in 2 hours, the cooler was not touched, the error and overheating remained. And it took 6!!! days. Draw your own conclusions....
