They took it for repair, a week later they called that they were ready to pick it up, went from Chizhovka, it turned out that the mistake came out, the knife did not fit yet, then a month later I already decided to pick it up myself, the receptionist said that they had done preventive maintenance on the motor, which is good and will still serve, but they did not find the knife.
Now I have found where to buy a knife, but ... when the motor is turned on, it does not turn and the latch for the lid is also broken. That's how they "fixed" me, I bought a new coffee grinder, I have to hold the button with my hand, count for 25 seconds, then take a break, in general, "dancing with tambourines".

It is not the buyer, but the seller, who should know how to properly issue a guarantee. To make it pleasant for customers, you can write instructions on how to get more from the seller.
The buyer can always refuse to repair and demand money for the goods, according to the consumer's law.
I handed over the mixer under warranty. The conclusion was reached in 3 days. But the center did not even think to notify about this. As it should be, after 30 days, upon arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised by the promptness of the conclusion... I've been waiting for a month. And it took 3 days and no one reported it.

Rudeness and rudeness in such work is definitely unacceptable! After communicating with the boorish receptionist about the service center, a negative attitude immediately develops and I do not even want to contact (although I have no doubt that competent employees work in other departments). If the opinion of customers is important to the management of this organization, and in general, the customers themselves, please consider a more cultured and adequate employee for this position. How many times I come across service centers - I have not yet met SUCH rudeness.

I waited for the receptionist for 20 minutes, without any idea why he was not at the workplace.
An act of non-maintainability was issued, it turned out that the date of sale was incorrectly indicated in the act. I had to go to the service center again. They could not quickly redo it on the spot, because only with permission it is possible, the request must be sent. I had to go for the act again...
Terrible attitude towards the client. When asked what they did with the device, the person answers me that he is a receptionist and he does not know anything and that's all, the whole conversation. When I asked if someone still knows what was being done with the device, the reaction was simply inadequate and almost swearing. The answer to a completely adequate question is rudeness. No certificates of completed work - he left without knowing what the problem with the device was.
And if you come on Saturday, then take a snack with you, otherwise you will get drunk from communicating with the receptionist.

Under warranty, it is better not to repair yourself, let the seller of the product do it better and there is no trust in this service center.
