I do not advise anyone to use the services of this workshop. I repaired the media player, they said that the diagnosis would be carried out until the next day. I repeatedly called different phones the next day from 11-00 to 13-00 - no one picked up the phone, at 16 something they picked up the phone, answered that the media player was still under diagnosis, asked to call back by the end of the working day, called back at 18-00 - again no one picked up the phone. All the next day I called 10 different numbers - silence in response. After I texted that if this goes on, then I will go to the police - they called back an hour later, tried to justify that the phones allegedly did not work, although I called all 4 numbers. When asked if the player had been diagnosed, they replied that they had not had time yet. I took the player, walked not far to the mobile phone repair shop - in 2-3 minutes they determined what the problem was, they said that the binding of such and such a chip was in the short circuit.

I used their services once, and re-applied under warranty twice, but the problem remained. There is a problem with the laptop's video chip. They repaired it, a month later the same trouble - it warms up, artifacts on the screen and goes out. They did it a second time, after two and a half months, artifacts again, and so on. And then the most interesting thing begins, since the repair warranty is 3 months, then I had to hurry up and I start calling them again to come pick up the money because I'm tired of spending money on gasoline coming to them. I call the number indicated on the invoice - they tell me they have moved, but there are no numbers, but in the end I asked for some number and naturally no one answers it. A week after the end of my warranty, I call again at the same number that is indicated on the paper and they answer me. Upon arrival, they abruptly refused to resolve the issue and did not react in any way to the fact that THEY moved, and I had to look for them and explain why I did not apply within the warranty period. The question "what can you offer to solve this situation" was answered simply - "nothing!" In general, I have the opinion that they specifically move and ignore customers in order to avoid refunds or permanent short-term repairs, since they do not know how to repair qualitatively.
