I have been staying at the hotel for the 10th time since 2007. I have been coming periodically. The hotel is purely family-type, comfortable with children, not expensive. There is entertainment, a beautiful beach, a large selection of rooms on the 1st floor.
The food is not super, but you will not stay hungry, the assortment includes beef, veal, chicken and usually two types of fish. I didn't pay the staff anything, they respond normally to comments, correct all the shortcomings.
The animation is of the same type, but the people are dancing, having fun). In general, this one is different from the 9 previous arrivals. I won't come again, I warned the hotel manager. A flight from Lviv arrived 2 days before departure and the flight started. They shout at each other like deaf people, laugh at the whole beach, accost the staff with the words glory to Ukraine. They can't get enough, they fill up with full plates, and everything is pouring out both in the restaurant and on the beach. It's just awful. The hotel is shocked by such guests. Everyone is looking for a place on the beach and in a hotel away from Ukrainians. It's good that we're leaving already.
Now I will check with the hotels in advance about such guests. God forgive me, but this is terrible!

We had a rest from July 1 to July 7, 2023. I REALLY liked everything!!!! The service is excellent, the staff is sincere, the food is delicious, the beach is just a dream, I left the room, here's the sea for you, the territory is well maintained. Across the street from the hotel is the old town, in the evening you can walk around the market👍 We had a rest with the child, he is delighted)))
We only regretted that few days and did not really want to leave 😂
We returned in October 2024 for 14 days already!!!
The rest is great🤩🤩🤩

Good afternoon! We rested on the Charm Network at the end of November. The location of the hotel is close to the old town, where you can always go to shops, restaurants and pharmacies. The beach is flat, without corals, the sea is clean. Sometimes you can see fish. The room was Superior, overlooking a piece of the sea with two separate beds, but on request they were moved into one. The cleaning is excellent. The staff of this hotel is always ready to help by calling the reception. The animation is great, there is always, both children's and adult. Every day at the hotel there was a show with invited dancers, jugglers, etc. We took excursions on the beach from Martin. I am ready to tell you, to show you what interests you on excursions, to advise you without imposing, as individual guides do. A very positive person, the price and the organization are excellent.
Among the disadvantages are dirty and chipped reusable glasses on bars. They don't bother much with washing.
With a choice for breakfast, it's sad.
For breakfast, dinner after the opening, a huge number of people are queuing for omelets and some kind of cutlets. There are not enough plates, appliances, too, and the cups are all knocked down. Therefore, we went closer to closing time.
Will we return to this hotel again? No, because we travel on the principle that there are many places in the world that need to be visited. New destinations and new countries are waiting for us 😉

It was very Emotional and Cool!
I liked the Atmospheric hotel very much.The location is excellent, near the center of the Old Town.
The staff is very friendly, they say hello and smile. They will always solve any moment and issue.

Nice hotel. Excellent location in the old town, a wonderful bay protected from the wind. The entrance to the sea is sand. The beach is nice, its own. The territory is large, well maintained, and beautiful. The food is good. Everything is there, both meat and fish always. The pool is heated, the slides are working. The room stock is a bit old. It would not hurt to make repairs in the rooms.

We had a great rest with a friend in November of this year. The hotel is wonderful, very beautiful, polite staff, everyone speaks Russian. Two restaurants in the hotel and on the beach, two bars as well. It's five minutes from the room to the sea. A beautiful bay, protected from the winds, sand, a gentle entrance to the sea.Beach animation, evening entertainment every day. The food is varied, the buffet, in general, everything is very decent. The best hotel for winter holidays. We rested in it 6 times. We tried to relax in others, but we always come back to the Charm Network. The entrance to the sea is gorgeous. Sand. Coral reef on the left is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms were Standard. They turned out to be normal. The food is good. There are restaurants in Alaska. We were in Italian. Welcome to the champagne restaurant! It was the icing on the cake. There's ice cream, chips, popcorn. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel guide Ibrahim organized a trip to Cairo, everything was clear, on time, and I really liked it.The disadvantages of the hotel are not even the food, you will not stay hungry, but the organization.The queues for lunch and dinner are almost the taking of the Bastille! There are not enough tables, plates, forks, spoons!We went at the end of lunch and dinner - there are dishes, there is no choice of dishes at all. Lunch is always on the beach, there is a wooden building in terrible condition inside called a restaurant.They say the owner has changed at the hotel, maybe he will put things in order, he will want to return there again.

"It's a good hotel, it's a pity that we won't go anymore," we said all 10 days of rest at this hotel.
Only two advantages:
1. Sea, sandy entrance, ideal for children. There is no reef.
2. Exit to the center of the old town.
That's all.
Food is a kind of horror, you have to spoil the food like that. Clean plates to wait and wait. The child's soup has already cooled down, and we are all waiting for a tablespoon. The dishes are broken, crushed.
Animation suffers.
The rooms are not the first freshness, repairs are required.
Sometimes it felt like we were in the market, since the main contingent is 70+
Granny ran to occupy the sunbeds on the sea as early as 4:30 in the morning.
That is, by 6 a.m. there were no free sunbeds.
If you close your eyes, then yes, it's worth going for the sake of the sea and the city. But I don't recommend it as a hotel.

If you want a gastronomic extravaganza, it might be better to choose another hotel. The room is very tired. Plumbing is a sad song. The air conditioner is about to end its days. Cleaning is symbolic and you need to ask for it. Staff... I can't say that I'm very friendly. If perfect cleanliness and service are critically important to you, then this is not the place for you. There is some kind of "movement" in the hotel every evening. I can't say which one exactly - we didn't go. Children's disco. There are pools and slides. I can't appreciate it all - we didn't go. It is close to the airport, about 30 minutes. The territory is completely shadowless. Walking through the midday heat to the dining room (it's on the beach) is an adventure. Very decent WI-FI.

We arrived early — already at 7 a.m. we were on the spot from the airport. The rooms were offered to wait until 2 p.m., but for a tip they quickly found a free one, and even upgraded the category from standard to superior.
Overall, the impressions are positive. The room itself, of course, is already tired, but everything is working (No. 821). The air conditioner is quite noisy, it resembles the operation of an old car. The cleaning is at a good level.
Meals without much variety — breakfasts, lunches and dinners practically do not change. But there is enough choice, you definitely won't stay hungry. The bar is open 24 hours a day. The only drinks we tried were beer, which was delicious. Strong alcohol of local production, imported — for an additional fee.
You can have dinner once at the a la carte restaurant, choosing Italian or Egyptian cuisine. We settled on Italian, which is a good option, something different from regular dinners, but without any special expectations.
The pool is sometimes cold, sometimes warm. There are slides that both children and adults can ride. The beach is nice, there is a small floating pier from which you can dive.
There is a spa on site, they took a massage course (5 sessions) - inexpensive, you can pay in rubles. In addition, we went to the sauna, and one of the sessions included a Turkish hammam with washing.
Overall, it's a great option for the four. The convenient location in the bay is a windless area, which is a big plus. And across the street is the old town, where it is convenient to go for a walk.

I was looking for something like this on purpose, because I was in Charm in January. From here - the closed bay of El Maya, where there is no wind, walking distance to the Old Town, where there is a place to eat meat and seafood. The rooms are in long blocks, I preferred on the ground floor, 70 meters from the shore. The left part of the beach (its own) is quieter. The beach is fenced with a net. The food is plentiful, especially for baking lovers. Traditionally, for a dollar a day, you are loved and cherished. I liked.
Py.Sy. Two Russian-speaking ladies are based next to the reception, they will always help. If you do not drink alcohol, you can help them buy alcohol in Duty Free (in the same place in the old town), they will be grateful.

We immediately put on a bracelet and within an hour we were checked into a Superior room, on the second floor, with a side view of the sea. The standards in the hotel are on the ground floors.Cleaning is daily, beach towels are changed by the cleaner. You can ask him to leave a clean set when cleaning the room, the next day he will pick up the dirty ones. The excursions were bought on the beach, from the tour guide of the travel agency it is twice as expensive.

They were from December 14 to December 24 , 2024 . The beach is amazing, entering the water without "corals" even for children. No wind!!!! The food is without lobsters and lobsters, but everything is acceptable. The rooms are cleaned daily and well. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the Old Town, cafes, restaurants.In general, I liked everything!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the rest. Great location, great sea, no waves and no wind. There is no better place for a winter holiday. The food is also without complaints. The rooms that need to be repaired have been slightly pumped up. But you hardly ever go to the room, so it's tolerable. You go outside the hotel and the Old Town. A great place for evening walks.

Dear readers, do not look at the reviews. Here we are. We arrived yesterday and I'm just terrified. It's the worst I've ever seen in my life, even when students went to budget hotels. We gave 200 thousand for a week for a ticket. They chose from different options, including jazz and movenpik. Good reviews and the first line were bribed. The territory is being renovated, it is dusty and dirty everywhere. The rooms are being renovated, but very cosmetically. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper or towels in the room, I had to solve the issues from the doorstep, for this the staff extort tips. We went to lunch, lunch on the beach, there are no condos in the cafe, so the unbearable heat, flies. But the worst thing is the food. Everything fried is overcooked, the chicken is dry, I have not seen meat, there are not even ordinary stewed vegetables. Pasta with sauce, guava fruits, oranges. The queues for food are huge, everything is swept out, food is not added, there are no clean dishes. Breakfast is even worse, there is simply no omelet, a couple of types of cheese, oatmeal on water, sour yogurt. I waited for coffee for half an hour until the mugs arrived. Everything is graceful. We are waiting for the operator to move to another hotel, I hope that the issue will be resolved. It's not 4*, it's 2 by a stretch. There are no sun beds, everything is broken and dirty. Well, the sea is good, but this is not the merit of the hotel.

Complaint!
Since Oksana had no reaction to the complaint (communication with the guests), I am presenting it to a wider range of attention.
1. Rescuers on the slides are not watching, although there are 2 people there. They're all rolling on their heads. The rescuer sits at the top, does not regulate the process, as a result, periodically everyone rolls in a crowd, and adults from above catch up. In two days, the rescuers never whistled, although there were plenty of reasons. What are we waiting for? An injury scandal?
2. Animators. They do not conduct classes that are listed in the schedule. Guys, out of just 1.5 pieces per day. There are darts in the schedule - this is the only activity for a boy. There is a schedule in the morning, but they didn't spend it - they gave out darts. After lunch, they promised, the child was waiting, but again there was no. You either write then that anamation does not do anything, remove it from the schedule, or carry it out.
And more. Two days ago. The animators at the entrance to the restaurant during dinner said that there would be live music. There were 2 shows: circus and African. It's more interesting, but why isn't it true? People would have gone to these 2 shows, but since they said that there was live music, they went for a walk and went to sleep.
The review as a whole from the first days
From the burning point: there are enough plates, there are enough appliances, there are no glasses in principle, as well as glass glasses. Plastic or paper cups.
There are no complaints about the food. We have enough variety. There's a queue for the first 15 minutes of dinner, then it's fine.
Alcohol. Tolerable. According to my husband, it's a nasty tequila. Rum and whiskey are not moonshine - you can drink it. I haven't tasted the rest yet.
I had a complaint against one of the chefs at the distribution, but the restaurant manager is a smart person, the issue was resolved.
The room was given right by the sea - we are satisfied.
The cleaner is good, as always in Egypt.
The beach, as everyone knows, is good. The buoys have rhymes. There aren't many fish, but there are a few of each creature. Moray eels are found, squid, etc.

A great hotel. Better than the fives you were in before in Charm! The beach is large, a beautiful palm grove on the shore, the bottom is sandy, the sun beds are comfortable, very tasty snacks on the beach (new every day). The canteens also have plenty to choose from, you definitely won't stay hungry. Yes - the side dishes are the same, salads too, but the main hot dish is different every day (meat, fish, chicken, squid, mushrooms) all in different variations. Every day from 15 o'clock there is a very tasty ice cream, the tastes are different (in 5 bottles we always bought ice cream at the hotel 1-2$ per ball😄🙈) and here you can eat as much as you want)) the children are delighted. Popcorn in the evening is also free. The animation is good, the guys are active, not intrusive. I did not take the child to the children's club, but they say they entertain well. All the staff offering services on the beach are not annoying) on the first day, of course, everyone will come, they will familiarize themselves with the services, and then they will not get bored anymore, they just greet and smile politely) On the shore, in the area of the tower, at the fence there is a large basket with children's toys (cars, buckets, shovels and much more) I would have known my own in advance I had no luck, there were a couple of "problems" that were quickly solved at the reception. The room was cleaned well, there are no complaints. Yes, there are older rooms, there are fresher ones. The buildings starting at 5** are being repaired. There are not many people now (April). We read about mosquitoes in the rooms before the trip - we brought fumigators with plates + the child had a bracelet - it did not help to escape from bites 😄 there are few of them, but there are. And so every evening the territory is treated against mosquitoes. I would like to note the location - you crossed the road and you are in the old town) the central square with shops, pharmacies and cafes. And in general, the territory of the hotel is compact, convenient, all locations are within a 5-minute walk. Thanks Seti Sharm, we will definitely come back🤞

Excellent beach and access to the sea. There are no animals in the sea, it is necessary to go to the wild beach. Cockroaches were seen in the room, there are not enough dishes in the dining room. Good afternoon, we had a family vacation of 3 people, from 07/27 to 08/05.24, we rested for the second time and everyone remembers us there, so instead of the DELUXE ROOM Side Sea View, we were immediately given a room (last time we had it) higher class, on the second floor and a larger area, absolutely free (for which we are very grateful to the staff and everyone who contributed to this). All the reviews about the staff here are good - they are very responsive, always ready to help, almost everyone understands and speaks Russian. The food is good, everyone will find something to eat, we almost don't drink alcohol - so red wine and a couple of beers. Unfortunately, this time on the 6th we were not allowed through the Albatross territory to the wild beach, where there is a very beautiful reef, but they said you can go there until 7 a.m. (we are the guards only after 7 a.m.), so we went there every day at 6 a.m., at first I thought it was not convenient, but it turned out to be even much better, we returned at 8-8.30 immediately for breakfast, then to the beach near the hotel to swim. The only thing is, now, due to the fact that this is a beach for locals and there are almost no vacationers there, I saw how local boys climb into bags who swim (I drove them away 1 time)-therefore, do not take valuables with you - they are not needed there anyway. And at the time of departure on August 5, 2024, we were told that they had agreed with the albatross guards and everyone would be allowed to pass, as they did last year, without questions (they did not check).
In general, it is a pleasure to relax in this hotel, the hotel, the territory, the staff are generally excellent, the food is all for 5. We are going to return on December 13 or 14, 2024, so that my daughter would mark the others there (at the same time she drew a big picture, as agreed).

One of the best beaches in Charm. The contingent is 90% Russian. The Old Town Is Close. The hotel is on a solid 4th floor! The food is good. There is an ice cream delivery point. The animation is mediocre. We can say that there are no evening shows. There is only no reef as such. But you can go through the neighboring Albatross to the wild beach - the reef there is just a fairy tale!!!
