I enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. Good price and very cozy. There is a bus stop nearby, it is easy to get to the center in just 100 AMD instead of 1000+ by taxi. The owner was always in touch and was ready to help. I recommend it!

Great hotel! I've lived here for a month, no complaints. Freshly renovated, the rooms have everything you need. Managers are as responsive as possible, always ready to help or solve some issue. There are no problems with water and light, the Internet is good. In my opinion, the price fully corresponds to the quality.
