We spent several nights in the suite of this hotel. I'm sharing my impressions.
+++ advantages
1. The hotel is decent enough, the room is clean, the bed is made.
2. The booking was made by phone, canceling the booking (which was unprofitable)
3. Air conditioning in two rooms, which is very helpful in the summer.
---- disadvantages
1. The picture does not correspond to reality. The terrace is visible outside the bedroom window in the suite in the photo when booking. In reality, it is NOT there!
2. The price for booking on Booking and booking by phone should, in theory, differ in a more favorable way. BUT this is not a fact! They rolled out an invoice for me like at a booking.
3. Breakfast is NOT included!!! Although the food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious, although not cheap.
4. Towels and bathrobes are washed and have a gray tint and a smell. That is, do you understand how they are washed?
5. The bedroom in the suite with a ridiculous bathroom in front of the bed is cramped. There are not even bedside shelves, although there are sockets. It is impossible to leave the phone and glasses next to the bed.
6. There are no chairs, instead of chairs, ottomans on which it is uncomfortable to sit.
7. The shower rooms are not ventilated when I washed in the evening - the dampness stands all night and nothing dries out, becoming covered with mold.
8. During the day, the ventilation is turned on, which is noisy.
9. At the end of the stay, bare wires were found on the floor lamp switch. Thank God it wasn't plugged in and the children weren't electrocuted.
10. The rooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, this is not your option!
A separate review on the hotel staff, who are not very friendly and are usually absent from the reception desk. They asked for a chair in the room, because they saw that they were in other rooms. They refused us, saying that it was for guests! But apparently we are NOT guests for the staff! I will note that we were the only guests in these 4 days who bought the most expensive room.
To summarize. Apparently, the target audience of this ridiculous boutique hotel is the local population. If you travel at least a little, avoid this place.
The rooms are not bad, not very big, but cozy, the staff is polite. A note about the bed linen and towels, everything is very unsightly , the color is not white, but very gray .

There is also a restaurant of modern Kazakh cuisine on site (I recommend pike caviar with grilled baursaks and kuyrdak with trout to everyone)
I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in 2021. New, small but cozy room, great location, I really like this area of the city and accessibility.
There is a good restaurant nearby, where I like to visit. I was unable to check the quality of the service, as I only came to spend the night. I will definitely try again. I see certain points in the comments, but in general, I consider it a human factor and emotions.
To begin with, the hotel itself consists of 7 rooms in this building.
The assessment is a VERY good hotel for your money - the cost of a room with a king-size bed (and a real one, and not just two shifted into one) in February-March 2023 came out lower than in a hotel with the name of the river in this city.
Cleaning every 4 days - it doesn't bother me, if necessary, the garbage will be removed.
the presence of a cooler on the floor, a tea set and a kettle in the room, the administrator also said that you can pour regular tap water, because there are cleaning filters.
Wi-Fi is available, it works, neither the phone nor the laptop experienced any problems.
There were slippers and a dental kit too.
There is a cafe-restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, breakfast from 8 a.m. - hashbrown really ate his fill from the dish. You really get full, like at a good hotel with a buffet breakfast.
Location - the center, Abai Square, many exchangers, shops, cafes, market - all within a 10-minute walk. a maximum of 15 is Irtysh and the largest shopping center in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
That's so popular, apparently, that no matter how you call, there are never any numbers. And the girl is not very friendly. Which is very strange, because in this complex /La festa/ everyone seems to be always friendly
It used to be the best and most atmospheric place in terms of price/quality ratio. Last time the prices are high, the service in La Festa leaves much to be desired.
A complete failure. I booked a suite in order to celebrate my wife's wedding. We talked with our parents, left the children, in general, all the turmoil of a married couple before the holiday. I have already decided to leave, as it turns out that no one has marked my reservation (!)
So the room was booked by another person!!! The receptionist smears herself, saying I just called to find out. But then why did I spell out my full name and say three times in a phone conversation that I was booking?
I have never seen anything like this anywhere, although I have traveled the world quite a bit.
As a result, the holiday is ruined, the mood is at zero. Thank you very much!!!
