Overall, I really liked it. Location in the city center. The room is on the ground floor, we didn't hear any noise from the street, but there was a disco until 12 at night in the basement bar, then silence at all. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is new. The plumbing is good. We decorated the room for arrival, because the wife had a doctor, it was generally top and really was a pleasant surprise. The staff is beyond praise, they helped in everything, even changing money. The only small disadvantage in our opinion is the modest breakfasts, but at the same time I still ate too much. In terms of price / quality, exactly 5 points.
So the overall score is 4 with a bold minus.
Why 4? So it's because of the staff, the woman who cooks breakfast in a nearby hotel, the sweetest creature of God who will make you a portion of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs or porridge, find out how your day went and worry a thousand times whether you liked everything and whether you need something else.
Breakfast for 5 manats (we paid separately) more than 2 types of meat cuts, 2 types of cheese, eggs, sausages, stewed vegetables, pancakes, pancakes, cakes, coffee, juice and tea. Quite worthy.
Now let's move on to the numbers.
We lived in room 77.
What did you like?
Quite fresh furniture and plumbing and a clean floor without streaks.
What didn't you like?
Peeling wallpaper, torn (leaky) towels, from the sink where cold water should flow, warm water flows, where hot boiling water (most likely a mistake in the installation)
The shower is quite normal and decent.
But most of all in the bathroom upset the broken urn.(for decent rent money, you could have bought a new one.)
Also, the cabinet needs repair (the mount is gone )
I was also upset that the cleaners, if they did not leave 1 manat for cleaning, would not bring you a new shower gel or toilet paper (apparently saving on visitors, or banal negligence) + when they settled in, they did not put a third blanket (we lived in three)
The corridor also has peeling walls (traces of plaster are visible) and broken tiles.
All these little things do not allow me to put 5 and with a stretch allow me to put 4. I hope this will be fixed and then the hotel will be quite decent.
For three nights we paid 10329 rubles or 227.59 manats, which is generally acceptable since the hotel is 4 minutes from the central street (former shopping)
They told me not to book hotels with a Boutique prefix...
Everything seems to be fine, and water is put in the room every day, and the bed - towels are changed, and the bed is more or less comfortable and wide, and the breakfasts are normal, but -
for which I can't give a good rating - there is no normal WiFi in the hotel, after all day long I want to lie on the bed to watch the news, post a photo, etc., but it won't work, there is no Internet and that's it! Only next to the reception, and then very slowly and with gaps, and all the seats are occupied)) Without the Internet in our time - it's very uncomfortable.
The room is terrible, the entrance is at the reception desk, a gap in the front door (visible in the photo), there are good photos in the booking, but in life this (No more foot here!
We had to spend the night in this hotel. This is a hostel, not a hotel. Located on the 1st floor in an old building. The numbers are dead. Our bed has collapsed! Dirty towels, the faucet didn't work. Breakfast at a nearby hotel. Very bad despite the fact that you are in Baku, where the food is great! No one knows exactly how much the accommodation costs. Questions are not answered willingly. I had to pay 110 manats ($60) for a room with a terrible breakfast!
He lived in the second building after renovation in May 2019. The staff is excellent, friendly, always ready to help. The price for two with breakfast is 80 manat. The room is clean, there is a kettle, coffee, tea, but no refrigerator.
