A great small hotel, with clean, cozy rooms and attentive staff. The rooms are quite spacious. We visited both the economy room and the comfort room - we liked it everywhere. There are air conditioners everywhere, the rooms were cleaned every day. And from the room on the top floor there is an amazing view of the Bosphorus!
Among the disadvantages: - for all 5 days in a room for two, we were allocated 2 tea bags and 2 bags of nescafe. And they didn't add any more...
- for some reason there was only one 1.5 blanket in the double room with a large double bed. We also asked for a blanket, but they refused us....
The hotel is in a good location. The central part of the old town. Many attractions can be reached on foot. Not far from the tram line - which is very convenient, as the traffic jams are simply incredible in Istanbul. When booking, keep in mind that economy rooms are practically in the basement.
The terrible staff made the whole stay at this institution worse. The balcony in the first room was not closed. We were on New Year's Eve. Fresh, little said. There are no dishes, just cardboard cups. 2in1 coffee is served for breakfast. Disgusting powder. The disgrace of Turkey. We got into this mess because there was no room in the next booked hotel. They lie godlessly about everything. Until the tour operator was alerted, we were not given 2 beds. I don't recommend Instatur to anyone who works with these hotels.
