We went with a friend for lunch / dinner - everything was very tasty, went out on the veranda to feed the seagulls, and later the staff of Akif and Abvulah sweetly and kindly treated us to tea to keep us warm!

A cool location with really the coolest view of the surrounding area. You can go up, take pictures, feed the seagulls with your hands. Basically everything.
The menu is in 3 languages, understood in Russian. The prices are high. By the quality of the kitchen, I won't say we didn't order it.
The entrance is through the lobby of the hotel and by elevator to the terrace. The remtoran is 2-storey. 1st closed, 2nd open + part without tables in the form of an observation deck.

According to the reviews, we just came to feed and take pictures, there were French fries and meat, just obviously what we didn't eat from plates in the restaurant. We looked at the menu, it's really more expensive than in any restaurant near the attraction. We didn't try it, there were a lot of people on the terrace, I didn't want to sit in the noise

It's just a nightmare, the tourist overpayment is off the scale.
I thought at least the level here would be the same as in the whole area - expensive, not very tasty, a little dry.
No, it's just terrible, and hyper-expensive.
I can assume that grilled fish is tolerable. But in no case do not take what is cooked in pans, pots, etc. It's just awful.
