A quiet and cozy hotel with no more than 10 rooms. Within walking distance from the Nazarbayev Center. There are shops and cozy cafes nearby. Breakfasts could be more varied, but if you are on a business trip and do not have free time, then they are enough for a while. I was very alarmed by the persistent smell of cigarettes in the room and was not offered anything in return. The window was slightly open, despite which the room still had a comfortable temperature. Another drop of tar is beer at 800 tenge per bottle, sold to me by a lady at the reception on the day of the check-in, although other days other employees sold exactly the same beer at 600 tenge!
Very comfortable hotel, excellent managers, good location, reasonable affordable prices. In general, Kazakhstan probably has the most friendly people, I was even a little amazed by such hospitable people. Now I have friends in Kazakhstan.
A quiet hotel, it is better to book directly so that breakfast is included, the girls at the reception are nice, the interior is in the British style, it is small on one floor, the presidential library is located nearby.
An ordinary small 3-star hotel. All rooms are only on the 1st floor, the windows will overlook either a noisy playground or a busy road. Breakfast in a double room is included only for 1 person, the rest is paid, I have never seen such stupidity anywhere. The room is cleaned only once every 3 days. Although they changed the towels earlier at the request, they asked, "what did you do with them?" But the most terrible thing is the very concept of the hotel. Since there is no 24h reception here. One of the women on it fundamentally did not want to let people into the hotel after 23:00. "Come earlier, I already want to sleep, I have to get up early tomorrow morning to cook breakfast (for one person from the room :D)." Every time she made scandals at night, not realizing that people had come to rest and could arrive later than 23:00. She refused to leave any key for the general entrance to the hotel. She threatened to call the police, referring to some non-existent laws of the country that after 23:00 everyone should stay at home. In general, the hotel is more likely for people of retirement age, who will not be bothered by such rules.
I stayed at the hotel on June 14-17. A small hotel, only 8 rooms. The room is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly. The most pleasant memories about the hotel. I recommend
Cleanliness, order, comfort. Everything is fine and wonderful, but breakfast does not cost 600 rubles. It's expensive,,,, we ate complex cool dinners in cafes and restaurants for 400-500 rubles. I liked everything else except the food very much
The interior is not bad, there was garbage in the room, breakfast was promised included in the room rate, but when it was supposed to be was not reported!!!! They refused breakfast at 10 a.m., saying it was already over. I do not advise you to stop at this place!!! The price does not match the service. The attitude towards the guests is at a low level!!!!
Everything would be fine, but the woman at the reception was very unpleasant, it felt like we came to her house and still for free.
Her rudeness was expressed in elementary details.
Unfortunately, I don't know her name
Another woman, when she took over the shift, it was a pleasure to communicate.
A neat hotel, non-smoky rooms, courteous staff, reasonable price.According to the bar, sometimes it's a pity not everything is available, but everything is normal
