This is not a hotel, but just a horror! I'll start from the beginning, when we checked in, a young man met us, handed us the keys, left a phone for communication in the messenger and left. There was no one else at the reception for all the days. The hotel is without staff. The room was booked with breakfast, which was received 1 time per week of stay. I had to write to have it brought to you. Breakfast, it's hard to call it, they brought a bun and baby juice. The rooms are very small in size, 8 meters. It is very difficult for two people to accommodate. The plumbing is dead, the watering can is leaking, mold is on the walls. The room has never been cleaned, apparently there is no one due to the complete absence of staff. I will never return to this hotel again. Do not repeat my mistake, do not see each other in the photos, they do not correspond to reality.

We rested for 4 days in March. Everything was fine with us. Initially, we booked an economy room, offered a larger room without additional charges, it was nice. There are good boys at the reception, breakfast is brought to the room. Yes, the rooms are not large, but the location is very convenient. Sofia is a 10-minute walk away. At the same time, it is not noisy. There are no cars or trams under the window. There is a small shop nearby (migros). We only came to spend the night, for these purposes it is quite a good option.
