Everything is great!!!
A huge swimming pool, children's slides, there is a 7/11 on the territory of the condo, the children went everywhere on their own.
There is a massage parlor in Konda with very reasonable prices and good masseuses.
There are cafes, shops, a pharmacy nearby, in addition to a stationary fruit stall, a car arrived every day.
The only minor drawback is that it's still a long way from the sea. I would like to get closer.
But.... In terms of price/quality, the option is simply excellent.

A great place for families with children to relax. Lots of pools, water slides, pirate ship. A sauna is open in the middle of the Condo, seven days a week, from morning to evening. If it were not for this wonderful place, the rest would have been ruined, since in Patai the sea is dirty and it is impossible to swim, there is a lot of garbage, we swam only in the pool. There is no desire to return to Pataya anymore. Now it's just Phuket. My wife said it was better to overpay for housing in Phuket than to return to Pattaya and sit in the pool.

We had a rest in this condo at the end of April with the children. We specially chose an apartment on the 1st floor with access to the pool, which was the main advantage for us. The room itself was tired, to put it mildly, but at the same time it had everything you needed for a temporary stay. Own kitchenette, some utensils (I had to buy some), refrigerator, hair dryer, iron are available. There are a lot of insects in the room, mosquitoes, midges. Stock up on repellents. The territory is nice, clean, gym, sauna, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful vegetation, fruit trees, palm trees,...The only thing is, at the time of our stay, some of the water attractions were under restoration. It's a 30-minute walk to the beach with children, but I don't recommend swimming there, it's dirty. We went to other beaches. There is public transport nearby, but it was cheaper for the four of us to get there by taxi and much more comfortable. There are a lot of shops and cafes near the condo, everyone will find something to their liking. The area itself can be called a sleeping area, if you are with a baby in a stroller, then it will be a problem to walk along it, since the sidewalks are only narrow in places. Overall, we liked it, maybe I'll come back again. If you prefer a relaxing vacation, away from the noisy center and roads, to sunbathe more often by the pool than on the beach (although we went to the sea every day), then you can safely consider this condo, the price and quality match.

We had a rest in November. The pool is huge along the entire complex. There are slides. The water in the pool is cool. It's very convenient right in the sevenleven complex. It 's a 15 - minute walk to the sea , but we went swimming to other beaches , the water is muddy all the time 🤷♀️

You can live, the local Russian community is quite friendly, they go fishing from time to time. The location is excellent, but there are no problems with a taxi. The territory is clean, the pool is good, there is a sauna, near a pharmacy, two shops, a fruit mini market. You can live!

I really liked it, it was clean and cozy.
The walls seem to be thin, but the neighbors were not heard. The elevators are silent, the lights were turned off only once, for only an hour.
Lots of kids, lots of pools. Seven Eleven is in the territory and a little further, just outside the gate.
Walking to the sea, with a child, 7 years old, 16 minutes, I spotted.

A great place for a family vacation. Clear..comfortably. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. Quiet area.
The pool is clean. Daily cleaning is carried out. No insects..No garbage. The slides worked every day. The children are happy.

Excellent Condo, we were in February 2025, in building B on the 5th floor. Excellent large swimming pool, there is a free gym, sauna, also nearby all the necessary infrastructure. I recommend it to everyone.

The condo is quite nice, only the apartments are a bit of a dorm type. The interior trim is pumped up, but overall OK, not tight. But there is a huge swimming pool in the entire inner perimeter (8 buildings) with a length of more than a kilometer, as well as a sauna, gym, cafe, bar, massage room and even 7eleven in the main building. Many Russians live here, some for a long time. Inside the courtyard, near the basik, it is always cool, even in the infernal heat.

Awesome Condo, very cool pool, there is a shop right there, not far from the sea, but the sea is not very much at all. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, furnishings, furniture, renovation....everything would be fine, but everything is kind of tired, like the Condo itself, everything around requires repair!!!

A great condo with a gorgeous pool. Even despite the large number of people, you can always find free sun beds. One minus is the Thais who come for the weekend, they scream in the pool from 7 am. There are many Russians. At 16:30, a car with fruits and vegetables arrives, it costs until 18:30. There is a 7/11 on the territory near the entrance. The area is not bad, 10 minutes to the road. It takes a little longer to walk back, because Jomtien is now one-way traffic (only from the center).
