We went on a tour to Italy on 04/14/2024
I liked everything. Many thanks to Alexander Kolomytsev for his professionalism, he really knows his business, he always talked interestingly about cities and passing objects, helped, distributed bags on the bus, they were very useful))) he suggested what was better to buy, where it was cheaper to eat, where it tasted better, where to go in his free time, even suggested how to take a picture more beautifully or acted as a photographer himself. I helped with the registration of TaxFree. I highly recommend a trip with him! It was easy and carefree.

I really liked the city of Vienna, although we were there for a short time, but I wanted to return, I recommend you to visit, beauty is at every step.
Italy is incredibly beautiful, Florence was the most admired, namely the evening tour and the orange sunset accompanied by the sounds of street musicians. Amazing views and beautiful streets.
Rome is beautiful, fascinating, but too crowded) but this only justifies all the sights.
The only drawback of the program in Rome was that the final gathering point was far from the center, and for those who would not go on an excursion to Peter's Basilica, it would be inconvenient and long to get from the center.
Venice is just an unrealistically charming city. After Florence and Venice, the view of Italy is dramatically changing. It is necessary to listen to the recommendations of the guide there and take the full program of excursions to enjoy to the fullest. It's difficult to spend free time there without preparation, the streets are narrow and confusing, and it's easy to get lost. The prices are high, and you can't eat outside. Therefore, I recommend taking the full package offered to have fun. I don't know how to put it into words, but in this city you get the wildest disorientation, so I advise you to be careful. All the local attractions simply enchant with their beauty, and the gondolas and canals... wherever you turn, there is only beauty!
Check into Dresden and Wroclaw - for the purpose of shopping, I recommend exploring the shops in advance and deciding what you will buy, there is little time, and there are sooo many shops. But overall, it's cool that there is such an opportunity. For fans of excursions, I think it will also be interesting there, but there is not enough time)

The bus is good, but not quite suitable for overnight travel, it is inconvenient to sleep, there is little space between the seats. Bus drivers are real professionals!
The hotels are good, there was a hair dryer everywhere. Delicious breakfasts, nice clean bed. In particular, I can single out the GOLD hotel in Zloteria in Poland and the hotel in Kincano Terme.
I really liked everything! I would have come back again, but without moving at night.😅
UPD: Budapest tour 05/07/25-05/11/25 accompanying PAVEL.
I didn't like the road, the short stops, and I didn't have time to eat. After a night at the border, there's a 30-minute stop where there's only a 20-minute queue for the women's bathroom, and one gas station employee for the entire bus ~45 people.
On the way back from Hungary to Podgera, there were only 2 stops for 15 minutes with a toilet, and there were still 10 hours ahead at the border.
The bus was worse this time. Drivers often braked sharply.
The management was also terrible this time... they didn't answer questions, ignored them, and didn't pick up the phone. On Instagram, they had a post with a discount for tourists who are traveling for the second or more time, they did not make a discount, they replied that we would clarify, they did not respond, completely ignored.
I liked the tour itself, but the organizational aspects have deteriorated significantly. Maybe it depends on the accompanying person and the manager, I don't know, but there is no desire to travel with them anymore (

We traveled with our family from 04/27/2025 to 05/04/2025 to Paris in comfort.
Overall, I really enjoyed the trip. Everything was very well organized.
I would like to thank our drivers (one of them was named Andrey, I don't remember the second one exactly), the guys are very clear and knowledgeable.
Also, many thanks to Tatiana, who accompanied us and always told us interesting things about passing places and cities. Polite, tactful, educated, with whom I would like to travel somewhere else).
The bus had sockets for charging phones, so the powerbank was not useful. The windows on the bus are double glazed, which eliminates condensation in the evening or cold weather – a small thing, but nice.
Also, many thanks to the rest of the people from the Saven Travel company who are involved in organizing our comfortable trip. As a result of the trip, there were a lot of positive emotions and beautiful photos!

I would like to sincerely thank the company Saven Travel for organizing the excursion tour "Christmas Stoll in Dresden" 05-08.12.2024.The tour filled me with wonderful, joyful pre-Christmas, New Year's Eve emotions and impressions. The Christmas festival turns you into a fairy tale, strengthens faith in miracles, fills you with joy, happiness and extraordinary energy emanating from the participants of the festival through smiles, glances, gestures (numerous representatives of companies producing stoll. I admire the beauty of Christmas fairs. Wonderful guides Olga and Svetlana introduced us with love and trepidation to the cities of Torgau, Meissen, Goerlitz. In a short time, they were able to tell as clearly as possible about the history and sights of these cities. The cities of Leipzig and Dresden are beautiful and beautiful for their extraordinary architecture. The tour surprised us with a selection of hotels. Everything was good, especially the Folwark Kliczkov hotel. This is the castle hotel. It was the first time I had to spend the night in the royal chambers. The breakfast was varied and delicious. A real Christmas tale. The only downside: there was no casting. We stayed at the Best Western Parkhotel on 06.12. On this day we celebrated the feast of St. Nicholas. In each room, the tourists had a complement from the hotel: a chocolate figurine of Santa Claus of impressive size. This tour was flawless in all respects. This company is developing dynamically, all the time in search of new, interesting, exciting things for travelers. And most importantly, everything works out!!! With gratitude Natalia Kabak
