I was on tour 27.09-1.10.2023 Budapest. A visa was made for the tour (they gave a list of documents and payments very operatively). Visas in general are from 6 months to 3 years. Everyone was happy. ) The trip went well. At the border, they did not inspect much, they met the stated deadlines. The bus is comfortable, the drivers are good, they slept like the dead at night) I went alone, but this did not prevent me from enjoying the tour at all - there were joint excursions and a day for myself (I think it is not advisable to recruit a bunch of additional excursions, it is better to look at the city more thoroughly myself)) I didn't like all the excursions - they were very short and not informative in Budapest. The hotels are Good, the breakfasts are buffet (special thanks for the vegetable milk). The tour is suitable for those who want to take a look at Europe so that in the future they can go to where they like it more)

My review will be about how we "went" on the tour "To Georgia with comfort : Batumi-Tbilisi-Mtskheta" without night crossings. Before ordering a tour to Georgia, I looked at a lot of tours from other tour companies, but I was bribed here by the phrases: "the best price on the market in 2024, without night crossings, under each departure date the phrase "departure guarantee", reviews on the Internet about the tour company. As a result, on June 10, 2024, we signed a contract for a trip that was supposed to take place on September 4, 2024, and chose a better hotel for an additional fee.for a fee, you chose your seats on the bus, too, for an additional fee.However, at the time of our purchase of the voucher, 11 seats were available on this date. As a result, on August 20, 2024, in the evening, I received a call from the tour agency, where they say that the tour will not take place, although it was indicated on the website that only 8 empty seats remained on that date.At the same time, it is indicated on their website that they go on tour if there are 35 people and if there is no tour, they are warned 3 weeks in advance. I was offered another tour for the same money only from their partners, BUT with 2 overnight trips and no breakfast, of course we refused and remained without rest, although vacation applications have already been written, things have been bought. Not only our tour was canceled, but also 3 more for other dates and not only in Batumi, but also in Kobuleti, so I do not recommend this tour company for a trip to Georgia. I give 3 stars only for the fact that Olga and the chief accountant were pleasant in communication, the money was also returned.

I often traveled with this company to Europe. I bought certificates as a gift.
I like. I advise my friends.
There are some minor complaints, but on the whole it's not bad. They always work out the whole route to the smallest detail, trying to solve all your questions and wishes. The buses are good, the drivers are polite (which is very important), the guides are smart, groovy and know their topic very well, everything stops according to the schedule, they were never late and did not hurry the whole group, the hotels are decent and better than the competitors. I went on the right dates with others, there is something to compare it with.
Prices did not stand out above or below the market. But there have always been tours that have no analogues. Respect for Switzerland.
It's a pity that the borders are closed now.
I saw them in Yandex and decided to write a review for the support at this time.
I am waiting for the opening of the borders and I want Paris for 5 days (there used to be such a tour - two days in Paris).
By the way, this tour was prepaid, but when it did not take place, they returned all the money without any problems.

I chose the company for my New Year's holiday from the first advertisement on Instagram and it turned out to be seven travel. I chose a tour in Zakopane, an advance payment was made for the tour. But 4 days before departure, the company informs that the tour will not take place, and offered other options. In principle, already at this stage, it was necessary to refuse the trip, but since the vacation had already been arranged, I chose a tour to Krakow, which I regretted very much on the trip. To say that the tour was empty is to say nothing. Departure on the 29th in the evening (10.00 in Brest), this day was already on the program as an exciting start to the tour, but in fact, it was an empty day. The second day was in Warsaw, the program indicated that there would be an excursion with a set of 15 people, but it did not take place, as all tourists found out already on the bus, and not before the start of the tour and free time until 17.00. The excursion was not interesting to me, but the free time was changed until 14.00, and that's because the tourists insisted. Accordingly, everything that was breaded personally in Warsaw was not done. Next, a trip to Krakow – where tourists also learned that there would be no additional excursions either, because there was no group, except for a trip to Zakopane. Further, there was also wonderful news that New Year's Eve was not organized by the company, that you need to organize yourself. Although the program indicated that WE would celebrate the new year on the square. The guide, Anna, showed herself in no way throughout the tour. Moreover, I also had to follow her for a long time so that she would charge me for a trip to Zakopane, and as it turned out later, I was not added to the group of tourists in Viber, and I learned about all the events that occur along the route from other tourists or based on my experience as a tourist. Apparently, Anna was too busy with her personal life, paired with a bus driver. About which the rumor spread throughout the tour group. There was nothing good about the tour – it's just a hotel, so it really pleased me. This particular tour, I do not advise anyone. There were tourists who traveled with the company more than once, and were also disappointed with the trip, although everything was great before this time. Accordingly, my impression is spoiled, and so are the expectations of the colorful tour. I wish the company to take the organization of tours more seriously, especially New Year's tours and employees who are "burning" with their work and doing everything to ensure that the company grows and thrives.

I would like to thank the Savan Travel company for the excellent organization of the tour to St. Petersburg from June 24 to June 29, 2021. The trip turned out to be very comfortable: we traveled by train to St. Petersburg, traveled by bus in the city, and placed us in a beautiful Holiday Inn hotel located four metro stations from Nevsky Prospekt. I really liked the guide to St. Petersburg - Dmitry. He is not just a tour guide, but a man in love with his business and his city. And many thanks to our accompanying Svetlana, thanks to whom everything was very clearly organized, without delays and overlaps. Petersburg itself is beautiful, as well as Peterhof and Tsarskoye Selo, and we were fabulously lucky with the weather. On the excursion to Kronstadt, there is a wish to include a visit to the museum so that you can see the ships and everything dedicated to the glory of the Russian fleet up close. And it's better not to plan a trip for the duration of the Scarlet Sails: the center is closed, there is no access to many attractions on this day, but you still won't be able to see it with your own eyes. But in general, the trip turned out to be amazing, there were only positive emotions and impressions. We went with the Savan Travel company for the second time, the first trip was a tour of European capitals in pre-crisis times, and then everything was on top too: an excellent bus, hotels, guides, program. Thanks to the company for the ability to organize a quality vacation for reasonable money!

I traveled to Hungary from 10/26/2022 to 10/30/2022. I liked everything, from the stage of paperwork to getting off the bus at the end of the tour. Excellent organization, everything is clear, understandable and very organized. The drivers are really experienced, clean, polite. They were willing to help with loading and unloading luggage, polite and in a good mood. Accompanying Nikolai is a super professional! He immersed us in such an atmosphere as if we were his personal guests, and he was a hospitable host. Friendly, tactful, always prompt, organizes, waits, patient, positive and with a good sense of humor. The excursions were very interesting. He has 100% knowledge of information and history. The invited guides in the cities are excellent.The hotels along the route are comfortable, with breakfasts, clean rooms and everything you need. The only problem that happens to me is that my feet do not fit into the installed legroom on the bus :)) and of course, I would like to find a way out of this situation for further travel. An excellent travel company. I travel a lot on my own, but I only go on sightseeing tours in Europe with them. Excellent programs, super guides and guides, from whom you constantly learn a lot of new and useful information about countries and cities (historical information, customs and traditions, where to eat, what to buy as a gift to your loved ones, etc.). Terrible and irresponsible attitude towards customers. We checked with them about the tour and visas, booked everything and got in line for a visa. They said to wait for an answer for up to 3 weeks, as a result, there is no information, they could not respond normally and inform about the cancellation in advance.
Because of them, we lost our places in other agencies!
An extremely unprofessional organization, I really do not recommend even spending my time talking to them, you will not learn anything useful.
They called another agency and in 5 minutes they explained everything and told the real terms and figures.

Positive:
- a wonderful rich program: sightseeing tours, a large selection of additional excursions, free time is provided that everyone can use according to their interests (shopping, tasting local cuisine, visiting museums, just walking around the wonderful European capitals);
- nice price;
- the possibility of concluding a contract remotely via the website and paying via the Internet, which saves time;
- good hotels with convenient location and hearty breakfasts;
- a fairly new bus with comfortable seats;
- small but lovely gifts from the Savan Travel company to all tourists;
- prompt border crossing (only 3 hours, and this is on peak dates!!!);
- excellent team: attentive to the wishes of each tourist tour manager and accompanying Marina, professional drivers, erudite guides in each of the cities.
Minuses:
No special ones have been identified. If only Erdogan's arrival in the capital of Hungary, as a result of which access to some of the attractions (the fisherman's bastion, the royal palace) was closed and it was not possible to see the beautiful autumn Budapest in all its glory. On 12/20/2019, I went on a tour to Bavaria with this company. It's just a fairy tale, I've always dreamed of visiting Munich and now, the dream has come true. Everything contributed to a good rest: departure from the central station (as a non-Minsk resident, I am very pleased), a convenient bus, good hotels (even transit ones were very pleased) and wonderful weather, which made the rest even more colorful. Our leader Kirill was at ease in Germany. He gave a lot of information, and not only "on-duty" data, but also funny stories from tours and how ordinary Germans live. Despite the large selection of optional excursions and activities, he kept the whole group "in good shape", as a result, no one got lost and everyone saw what they wanted. From the first day, it became clear that the person is in his place. The city of Rottenburg deserves special attention. A small and modest town that did not leave anyone indifferent. Gingerbread houses were reminiscent of Charles Pierrot's fairy tales and brought back to childhood. A visit to Neuschwanstein Castle, a castle that pleased not only with its interior decoration, but also with observation decks with a panorama of the Alpine valley, did not leave without an impression. A separate word about the drivers, Nikolai and Ivan, masters of their craft, it seemed that they would be able to drive their bus even into the eye of a needle. They expertly taxied out of any street and nook, without twitching and unnecessary movements, as if that was what was intended. The vacation was a great success! Many thanks to Seven Travel for the sea of positive emotions. A wonderful tour, the only disadvantage of which is very little free time, which I would like to spend exploring the local beauties.

Went to Lviv on a November weekend from this company, the feelings after the trip are only positive. I would like to express special gratitude to the manager Alexandra for the high-quality advice, I would also like to thank the accompanying Svetlana for being able to create a comfortable atmosphere for the trip, organized our activities during the trip, guided us through the most interesting institutions of the city and generally treated us positively. The placement on the bus at the beginning was not very pleasant, since the seating is on the principle of "who is older is in front", and since we are young, we were put at the very end of the bus.But later we realized that this seating arrangement helped us get to know wonderful people of our age, with whom we still communicate and plan to continue traveling. There were fears that during such a long trip you might get seasick, but they were in vain. Due to the fact that the bus is high on the road, we did not get seasick even in the back seat. Choosing a bus tour, it is worth considering that you will not get 100% comfortable sleep, this is logical, but after you arrive in a new city and immerse yourself in its history, listening to the fascinating stories of the guide, you realize that these "inconvenient" circumstances are a trifle compared to what you get upon arrival. Speaking about the guide, it can be highlighted that her stories about the city, historically important personalities of this city, institutions and, of course, about the amazing architecture of this city were very colorful and fascinating. Conditions were also created so that every tourist could hear this information through the use of technical equipment.We were accommodated in a hotel located in the very center of Lviv, which certainly also pleased us. A small, cozy room with a private bathroom, shower, clean towels, etc. was waiting for us at the hotel. pleasantries. We were especially pleased with the clean, soft, huge bed and the morning breakfast. The hotel staff was friendly and friendly, like all the people living in Lviv. When visiting numerous establishments in the city, there is no language barrier, perhaps due to the similarity of some words of the Belarusian and Ukrainian languages. During the departure, it becomes sad enough to part with such a wonderful city, but the Seven Travel company took care of this as well. at the end of the trip, our escort conducted a quiz, during which the most attentive listeners of the guide received a gift from the company in memory of Lviv.

Boating on the Shchara River.
"It was autumn, there was nothing to do"... to paraphrase a well-known phrase. I was sitting at work one day on the eve of the upcoming weekend and realized that a standard weekend loomed ahead, which I would really like to spend either on the road or somewhere in nature… I opened the Internet and asked for a search: "where to go for the weekend", not really hoping that, given the current situation in the world, something would catch my eye…And it had to happen that a weekend rafting tour on the Shchara River caught my eye ... and for two whole days ... I didn't think for a long time and a week later I participated in a wonderful weekend water rafting on October 10-11, 2020 in the midst of Indian summer, which lasted this wonderful autumn. The rafting route was calculated for two days along the Shchara River. The tour was chosen due to the lack of long crossings, plus a small railway and auto travel and rafting allow you to see the most beautiful places from the road and from the water. The rafting turned out to be simple and I would say light: from the village of Dubrovka to the village of Sarvasy, with a stop in Lupachi and overnight in Slonim. The weather on the first day was good for this time of year, and despite the rain on the second day, it could not spoil the experience. This day was "made" for us by the swan family, who, as a professional navigator, sailed ahead of us throughout the entire fairway.....almost 11 km (!).... And at the end of the way she rose beautifully into the air and waved her wings at us)))) saying goodbye, she flew away....It was very, very... creepy.… On the second day, the only thing I would add along the route: when it was quite chilly and wet, I didn't have enough hot tea or coffee at the parking lot in the forester's House (I regretted that I didn't take a thermos with me)…
There is a separate respect for food. There was variety and there was enough of everything! The only thing for me was too much flour, I would have removed the "excess" bakery products and added fruits (at least an apple and a banana)... But real forest honey and homemade boiled eggs made me very happy! A meal in nature is always wonderful. But sharing a "table" with new acquaintances was unusual and therefore especially great. I was especially pleased that all the food and supplies were packed individually, although in portions. Everything was packed in separate bags, there was warm hand washing water, liquid soap and toilet paper in the parking lots. Such necessary "little things" were provided for!
There was something unusually warm in this alloy - a slightly foggy winding river with overgrown banks, mossy stones, reeds, "beaver huts", "wizard oaks", mermaid's pool, slender pines in the pits, ... their smell, the smell of earth, water and nature, silence, interrupted only by the "kurlyk-kurlyk" of swans, and the crackling of bonfires, the smell of barbecue, sunset, dawn ..... and impressions, impressions! During the rafting, you simply enjoy the magnificent autumn nature, which, most likely, you will not be able to see in the city, sitting in the office.
I want to say a big Thank you to everyone who developed this route and to our glorious instructors and escorts (Valentin, Kirill, Andrey, Vernonika and other guys. You are enthusiasts of your business) everyone who helped us forget about our problems and all sorts of nasty "covids" for a couple of days and immerse ourselves in another wonderful world of Belarus.
You guys are great fellows! Thank you for your organization, safety, help in all matters, responsibility and positive attitude! Everything is thought out at a good level! The route includes food, a sauna and a bonfire, and jipping, and pneumatic shooting, and natural relaxation. I would just like to wish you to tell more about the amazing places of Belarus, about the places where we rafted, the history, it would be interesting for me to attend a master class on "reading" water, perhaps to walk around the archaeological sites along the banks of the river, I think almost every parking lot has where to go and what to see .... And just give a little more physical activity (especially in the cool autumn) to the tourists themselves, I think I won't tell you a secret that the fair sex can also hold paddles in their hands))))) and sometimes, oh how I want to stretch out too and disperse the blood in my limbs from prolonged sitting in boats)))
Would I recommend this route to my friends? I think so, especially now, when there are few places to get out. In general, I recommend it to everyone - talk to the organizers and instructors about other routes - you can learn a lot about places and formats of recreation, I learned for myself, oddly enough :)

Good afternoon,
We went on a bus tour to Georgia with this company with one night transfer. Breakfast is included. The main stop is in Batumi. On the way there, overnight stays in transit hotels in Voronezh and Pyatigorsk. On the way back, overnight in Rostov.
We signed a contract in June for September and were among the first applicants. The payment for the transport and tourist service was made immediately. We were asked which seats on the bus we would like to occupy, to which we replied that we wanted to ride in the front seats, as we were seasick. As a result, our seats ended up in the penultimate seat on the bus. Apparently, as for the youngest. But I still can't understand why there was this formality to ask about the seating preference. It was "lucky" that it was bad only on the last day of the road.
Also, this company provides information on departure in just one day, which it sends only to Viber (and if there is no Viber or someone else on this number?).
At the conclusion of the contract, we were told that they would call in a month and tell us if the group had been recruited for our dates. I had to call myself and clarify. The questions were answered with dislike and irritation, as if they had already told everything ten times.
When signing the contract, specify which bus will take you, as it will take several days to travel. We were on the SETRA bus. The bus is old. The distance between the seats is not very large. Sanitary stops instead of two or three hours after four hours or more. There were problems with the fuel system on the road, which increased the time between sanitary stops to six hours.
It got very hot on the road. They asked us to turn on the air conditioner, which we were told was fine, but they also said that it was cold and blowing for people near the second door. Immediately in my head is a story about a minibus and a window where someone is blowing, and someone has nothing to breathe.
The light bulbs, volume control, and air conditioner control do not work on the bus. It is not possible to recline the seats.
Bad Wi-Fi is provided only on the territory of the Russian Federation. For that kind of money, the company could afford the services of a good mobile operator in three countries, not one.
We also drove in the rain near the border with Georgia. At some point, water began to flow from the ceiling onto some of the people. It flooded the things on the shelf from above, soaked some of the seats.
On the way back, I rode on a wet seat, because as soon as I got on the bus, my seat was completely wet. He laid out a bag and a raincoat, asked for two blankets. I faced the problem again that it is very hot.
Transit hotels are a separate topic. They are not worth their money, which they gave to the travel agency. In Pyatigorsk, the hotel had large terry towels instead of blankets and there was no hot water. The drain did not work in Voronezh.
It is also worth noting the hotels in Tbilisi and Batumi. Breakfasts don't look like breakfast at all. Especially in Tbilisi, where there is very salty cheese and one sausage with one boiled egg per person. The Tbilisi hotel is located at the train station. Towels are one per person. The hotel in Batumi does not match the description on the booking, but this is the problem of the hotel and those who stay there.

I really, really liked this tour operator. They work at the highest and most decent level! I went to the Czech Republic from this tour operator - there were no negative aspects. On the contrary, the excursions are the best, the hotels are decent, the head of the group (Vitaly) is inimitable)). The "cherry on the cake" were gifts, practical jokes from seven travel. It was in the evening, there was nothing to do, we just came across a big November weekend, so my old friend and I decided not to sit still and go on a trip, but because the decision was spontaneous, and we had to leave a week later promptly, we started calling all travel companies. It was not an easy task, because everything was busy everywhere. BUT a miracle happened and the WONDERFUL company Savan Travel helped us out a lot and satisfied our great desire to travel around Europe, a lucky ticket fell to us for a "Comfort tour to Prague for 4 days". I am originally from Brest, so I was very glad that we were picked up along the way and did not have to waste extra time on the way to Minsk. We left in the morning. We were greeted by a charming accompanying Diana, from the first minutes it was already clear that the rest would be pleasant and relaxed. It was expensive, fast, comfortable, cozy, the stops were made according to a well-planned schedule, everything was fine with everyone and did not make them strain their bladders and "bite" their nails from hunger. Prague welcomed us with good November weather, we walked a lot, wherever possible. I was very pleased with the fact that it was possible to choose an evening program to suit your taste and color (Mystical Prague, Boat trip or free swimming). The next day, someone wanted to go to Dresden, and someone wanted to go to Karlovy Vary, and someone stayed in Prague. Accompanying Diana constantly kept up a conversation throughout the tour, told, showed all the subtleties and beauties of Prague and all those places that were included in the tour itinerary. Thanks to her separately for that. There was plenty of information. Organizational issues were resolved quickly and clearly. There were no problems with accommodation. On August 23-26, there was a trip Minsk-Krakow-Zakopane and back. Thanks to the company for a well-organized tour. We went with a friend from Moscow. I liked everything, starting from the very beginning. There was a trip from Minsk to Georgia, everything is fine on the trip, the tour is good! The only thing is, do not take excursions on the bus, it turns out to be 2 times more expensive. We took an excursion to the caves from the company and paid $ 45 (per person), which was included in this amount: transfer to the caves, a guide, lunch and all entrance to the caves - this is an additional fee. The code on the spot could be taken for $ 10 and all the same. Conclusion is it worth overpaying such money to a travel agency?

From 5 to 9 May 2018, together with Saven Travel, she visited Berlin - Keukenhof Flower Park-Amsterdam-Meissen-Dresden. This is not my first trip with this company. In general, as before, I was satisfied with the quality of the services provided. But, in my opinion, not everything went smoothly.
I would like to draw the attention of the management of Saven Travel to such a detail. In the beautiful German town of Meissen, tourists were not given the opportunity to go to a souvenir shop to buy souvenirs. And this is despite our requests! I travel a lot in Europe, and this is the first time I've seen such a disrespectful attitude towards tourists on the part of a guide. Maxim, who accompanied us, arrogantly declared that he "owes nothing to anyone"! He gave very little information about the places they passed through, was silent more, and answered questions in monosyllables. I had very little time in Dresden. Otherwise, the trip was a success.

We went on a cruise for the May holidays with visits to Estonia and Finland. The tour is very well planned, the group leader is excellent and the whole trip is organized. I really liked the humor and jokes from the staff (accompanying Anna, guides in Tallinn and Helsinki, both drivers) and their care for each member of the group.
