Once there was the best hotel in Pavlodar..... but time passed and everything "got wrapped up"... cons: sheets with holes, a shallow shower (with my height of 182 cm in 5 days that I lived there, I hit 8 times for sure, or even more. The mattresses are made of stone with springs outwards. There is dark mold in the bathroom. There are small bugs in the room (not bedbugs) but it is no less unpleasant.
Among the advantages: delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff, a large building, a beautiful lobby and a very nice bar.

On 12/28/2018 we had a New Year's corporate party .The first thing that happened was that they took the chicken from the table, we thought they took it away because it was cold in the hall, we never tasted it.Second, the table setting and dishes expect the best.When the meat and potatoes were brought, it felt like it was taken from a pot of borscht.And finally, when we left home, our numbers or clothes were mixed up and we didn't want to give our clothes away, and yet we left in someone else's cap, which we changed with the owner the next day.Conclusion good service.young officers.The bright hall is spacious.disgusting kitchen

I do not recommend this hotel to business travelers - I do business trips for employees in our company, and the hotel staff is not able to properly issue documents at the most elementary level - to drive in our details correctly, which all our employees carry with them on business trips for paperwork. There are 4 words in the name of our company, and 5 are allowed!!!! Moreover, an error was also made in the company's BIN, and at my polite request to change the details, they agreed to change, but they cannot send documents for a month, so, business travelers, think about it.
