I loved this hotel for the family-like service, good fresh food, great value for the money. I stayed there off season, when most hotels were closed. So, I didn't expect animation, nor outdoor pool to be open.
My room had an amazing seaview, I got lucky with the sunset side.
I liked the proximity to the beach. It was refreshing to take my morning walks and watch the sunrise.
The bus stops are within a few minutes walk, and you can reach Alanya or Mahmutlar within 15-20 minutes bus ride. The ticket cost 25 lira in March.
The coastline is rocky throughout Alanya and Mahmutlar, though they broke some of the
Zeki and Kubilay are very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They responded to my requests and concerns as much as they could.
When buying the tour, we paid extra for a room with a sea view, as the three of us went, we were given a wonderful, large room with a Jacuzzi!
The hotel is small, but new and stylish, the staff is all responsive, everyone will help in any way they can) At first, we fell for the persuasions of the tour operator and went to the city hammam, we were very sorry, it's better to spend a little more, but go to the hotel on the 1st floor, all the guys are attentive and smiling, I think I've never been so clean!:) When the hotel was fully occupied (as they said at the reception), there were always places on the beach and by the pool, and they did not starve at dinner, even if they came at the end. Among the shortcomings: the lack of warm blankets, one key card for three, mediocre cleaning and a small selection of food, but if you are not very picky, then this will definitely not overshadow the rest, we will be happy to come back again!)
The hotel is solid 3. The staff is very friendly and tries hard. The rooms are clean, modern, and Wi-Fi is stable. Access to the sea is convenient, directly from the hotel. You will not stay hungry, but for a dinner of meat or fish, there is one thing on the grill, there is no choice, but there is enough for all guests. The breakfasts are full. Very tasty desserts.
We had a rest together from 27.10 to 03.11.24. We liked the hotel and the service. The staff knows Russian well; our requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. The room was cleaned every day. For the designated 4 stars, the food is quite decent! Bottled water could be taken every day at the reception. The sea is clean, transparent, the beach is small. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. We were lucky with the weather: at the end of October - +25, 27! The only disadvantage is the proximity to the highway: the noise of moving vehicles prevented us from resting at night! The price-quality corresponds, in our opinion, corresponds to the rating - 4!
We vacationed in Turkey for the first time, chose this hotel and did not regret it. Wi-Fi is everywhere, even on the beach, the beach is just around the corner, beautiful rooms, especially with sea views. The cleaning is not perfect, but it is available, towels were changed every 2 days. The staff is very pleasant, and the cooks, and the cleaners, and the waiters, and the administrators, especially Zainal, thank him very much. The entrance to the sea did not seem very convenient at first (entrance through one passage), but we got used to it. The food is delicious, it was varied for us, for me the main thing is that you don't need to cook)) There is a pharmacy not far away (there is a lot of choice of vitamins) and migros. I recommend it for a relaxing beach holiday.
The staff is friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. The rooms are almost clean. The rooms are a little tired, but not critical (our toilet tank was leaking sometimes and the sound of water dripping was infuriating, the shower did not flow evenly because the watering can was old, the light bulbs were not all lit and it was a little dark for me and other little things).
The food is normal, but there is very little meat (chicken and fish every day).
The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the hotel from everything, it's a 3-hour drive to the airport, and it's also 2.3, 4 hours to other popular locations.
For a relaxing holiday, it's just right, we went on foot to neighboring towns or cities (40 minutes on foot), life is in full swing there. But you can get there in 15 minutes by bus number 1, it runs every 10 minutes until 23:00.
Pros: pleasant staff, good location, clean rooms, private beach
Cons: there is a noisy highway nearby, the beach is not cleaned and, most importantly, poor nutrition
The pool is cold. The spa of the hotel bought a set of procedures - a burn was left by hot stones, plus the arm and shoulder ached for a long time from their massage
Amateurs work in the massage department, I do not recommend it. The food is ordinary, nothing particularly tasty, but you won't stay hungry either. The hotel is beautiful inside and that's all the advantages. The beach is terrible. Rocks rocks boulders
The entrance to the sea is made of rocks, slippery and sharp. The rooms are clean, spacious and more beautiful and cozy. The air conditioner works even when you leave the room. The sea view is amazing. The staff is great.
I won't give you more than two stars. It resembles a roadside hotel. Stop for the night and drive on. According to the old Turkish tradition, the room was given the most miserable. On the second floor, only the staff spent the night nearby. The restaurant is small, the choice of dishes is meager. There is no entertainment. In general, a small hotel, for not very little money.
We are vacationing in Turkey for the first time, but in two hotels at once. So there is something to compare it with. Upon arrival from this hotel, we were moved to a 5-star hotel for 2 nights, because there was a failure in the booking system. At the same time, I carried a free transfer at any convenient time between the hotels. Then we spent most of the rest in Sey. The food here is normal, there is a choice. But in another hotel it was "richer". The meat dish is usually 1-2. But we had more than enough food. Bar from 10 to 22, then for an additional fee. Alcohol is normal. There is only beer at the beach bar. The beach is sandy and pebbly. The entry into the water is bad, only a narrow path of sand, the rest is stones. My relatives beat my legs. In the evening, one time there was karaoke, dancing with bartenders, both ordinary and national we were taught. Very friendly staff. On-site swimming pool is both outdoor and indoor. Water slide. Pools for small children, not deep. The room is nice, sea view. The hotel does not pull on 5 stars. But on a sure 4 for sure. Will we come back? Perhaps. But I would like to try a more comfortable beach with a sunset without stones. Tk, I don't really want to spend time at the pool when the sea is nearby))
The best spa they have is at seu beach! I express my gratitude to Hassan for the massage, I feel like a new person. The hotel itself deserves 4 stars, but it pulls in 5!!!
A cool veranda and the pool is just around the corner. The convenient location of the hotel. The city is 20 minutes away. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. A varied selection of food, the staff are great guys, I really liked everything. all inclusive in Alanya, only they have the best 👍💯
I've been coming here for the second year, a great hotel, convenient access to the beach, food and fire! Nice workers! I am ready to come here every year 😁
The most terrible hotel we've seen.
A creepy beach, an ingratiating manager, turning to unacceptable aggression!
We had poisoning at the hotel 2 times.
It is greedy and disgusting, it is even strange that such a thing remains in Turkey
They write positive reviews themselves!!!!
They sell a paid spa every day!
The last century
I do not recommend it in any case
The hotel is SUPER!
We checked in at midnight, nevertheless we were fed soup. The rooms are clean, equipped with the latest technology., cleaned every day. The staff tries very hard, never bordered on anything, max waited for the bartender for 1 min. Everyone is very friendly. The main disadvantage is a good kitchen, everything is very tasty, beautiful, and meat and fish and fruits, and there are countless goodies. A very good hammam. Buses are within walking distance if you want to Alanya, if you want to Matmutlar. In Alanya, we rented bicycles 70TL per day for a longer period of time cheaper, there was a path along the embankment, even to Alanya, even to Matmutlar 15-20 minutes. In 3 blocks, the ATM bankomatik accepts the WORLD, but in ziratbank it is more profitable.
The hotel is solid 4 , now I'll tell you why . We rested with a girl from 25.07 to 07.08.2022 in this hotel , we chose it because it is new and there were positive reviews . The first reason why there are no 5 is a small selection of food (for some it is certainly not critical, but I felt deprived) and the lack of fruit (there was only a watermelon and something else). Only beer is good from alcohol . The wine of the local bottling resembles apple cider vinegar, the rest is for a fee (well, this is not news). The receptionist , waiters / bartenders are sincere people who are ready to blow the dust off you , there are 5/5 . The rooms are new, large, clean, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed once every three days, so here too 5/5. The territory is small, it turns out a swimming pool on one side and Parking on the other (where the entrance is). The beach across the street (its own underpass) is good, I don't consider stone slabs, but as we understood, it's all like this further than Alanya. The stones did not interfere with swimming , there is a small exit where you can safely enter . The center is 10 minutes away by bus. In general, I liked the vacation, I recommend the hotel.
We had a rest with a youth company from 03.07 to 10.07. I'll start in order. The hotel does not pull in 4* for one simple reason, that it is more just a hotel for living, and not for a full-fledged vacation. I'll explain why:
1) there is not a single animator, there are no daytime activities for you (like elementary games, no charging, no animation in the water, Ala exercises in the pool), there is no evening animation at all. The maximum is around 9 p.m., a single flash drive with a strange selection of music is placed near the pool, which ends in an hour. The vacationers themselves came up and played their music from the phone. The bar is open in the evening until 22:00, then all drinks are paid (for 2€). Regarding snacks and snacks during the day, I am generally silent.... They just don't exist. The meal schedule includes the following: from 7:00 to 10:00 breakfast, from 12:00 to 14:00 snack on the beach, from 12:30 to 14:00 lunch, from 18:30 to 21:00 dinner and then a late snack from 23:00 to 24:00. There was a snack on the beach, but every day it was the same - pizza slices (not wow), as well as chopped salad of greens, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers. There is a dressing nearby to suit your taste and color (namely olive oil and local pomegranate sauce, which is obviously stuffed everywhere). We were specially sitting waiting for a night snack, which started at 11 a.m., BUT (we were offered soup). It just can't be described in words……
Let's move on. There was not even a volleyball net on the beach, just nothing but sun beds and umbrellas (which, by the way, you need to stick into the ground yourself every time, and the shore there, say, is not so good - sand with very small pebbles, which falls asleep in all places where you need and do not need (it's just in the sea but among other things, it alternates with huge boulders - and NO, they are not smooth, beautiful and straight, you can easily get your foot stuck in them, it is not possible to stand on them, it is easier to immediately plop into the water from the shore and swim, so everything will be fine with you). I will return to volleyball: having accepted his absence, we decided to just play volleyball in the pool, asked the staff for a ball. They replied sympathetically, yes, of course, I'll bring it now and guess what exactly he brought? Oh, it was a gnawed, old, exhausted and beaten by life FOOTBALL, from which pieces of the upper layer were coming off. Well, of course, we honestly tried to play with them, but obviously it was impossible.
On the 1st floor there is a hammam, a gym, a billiard table (it is paid, it seems $ 5 per hour) and table tennis (fortunately it is at least free). The hammam at the hotel is very expensive. We personally took the tour to the city and were very pleased with it. It is located 10 minutes by car from the hotel. We were served at the highest level (Finnish sauna, eucalyptus bath, which is wet, a soapy table, then they laid us on chairs, gave us delicious tea (there was an apple or Turkish black tea to choose from), then there was a clay mask on the face and fish for the legs, the end of the banquet was a massage for half an hour. At the end, they gave tea again). It cost $ 15 per person. The same range of services at the hotel will cost you $ 40 per person (I can't say anything about the quality of the hotel hammam).
A separate story was a local employee who barked at a hammam (I don't remember the name, she spoke Russian). You know the topic that driving past the traffic police, it's better not to look them in the eye, so as not to be stopped. So he works the same way with this woman. And believe me, she was a rare stickler. She can come up 5-6 times a day (let me remind you that our rest lasted 6 days, throughout all 6 days she came up with stories that I don't remember at all whether I talked to you or not). At the end of the rest, we were so tired of her that we had to express this discontent directly. Now, when she met us, SHE did not look into our eyes.
Let's go through the pros:
1) despite the fact that the hotel is located on the 2nd line, across the road (a very active highway), a tunnel was made at the hotel, through which you reach the beach in 3-4 minutes of a calm step. A standing ovation for this
2) it is clear that the hotel is new, everything glitters and glows. There is nothing battered, shabby and other epithets
3) cleaning: here there will be both + and -. She was, yes! and they did wet cleaning every day, but. Once we stayed in the room to rest and got just in time for cleaning. To say that this is cleaning, it's said loudly, we just had all the sand and pebbles scattered with an ambulance rag (which, let me remind you, is pouring from you from all the cracks, even taking into account the fact that we each took turns going into the shower first and rinsing off the visible remnants of the beach filling before going further into the room). As a result, of course, all this garbage remained on the floor, but yes, in smaller quantities. It got ridiculous that I wiped the floor with local towels every day, because it was impossible to walk.
Towels are changed only if they are lying together on the floor. And yes, the cleaning workers are exclusively Turks, who do not understand any other language except their native one. At the time of replacing the towels, instead of 4, only 2 new ones were left, which of course I ran after the lovely woman, and then we talked on our fingers (I'm serious, I just poked my finger into the towels and tried to explain her mistake to her).
The bed has never been changed
The bar was replenished only at the entrance, then for a fee (but this is mostly the case).
4) food and drinks: there is no luxurious variety, but here it seems logical, the hotel is small, designed for no more than 400-500 people. Everything is always fresh, but stewed vegetables are very tired, they were always and everywhere and the same thing. There wasn't much variety for the hot stuff either. At lunch, the same soup (never changed in 6 days). The second is a little more optimistic, but also mostly everything is cooked. Once we made grilled fish for dinner and once we made chicken wings on the barbecue. Everything else is boiled or stewed meat / potatoes / yes, any side dish such as cereals.
I didn't understand anything about desserts at all, because there was no choice for me from the word at all. Everything was greasy, filled with syrup in such an amount that you drink dessert instead of eating it. Fruits were saved (and there were as many as 3 types of them: apples, oranges and a local lemon), and bananas, apricots and strawberries could be removed from the cakes on top.
By alcohol: wine (white and red - both types are very tasty), beer (effes), vodka (crayfish), regular vodka and gin. There are zero questions about alcohol, everything is very high quality, there has never been a headache or a hangover.
5) the proximity of the road. We took the bus on our own to the center of Alanya to the shopping malls twice. The first time is closer to the exploration, the second time to the main crowd, already directly for shopping. For the price: 10 liras per person (this is about 35 rubles).
The taxi counts by the meter (1.5 lira for 500 m, we counted somewhere). I can't say that it's cheap or profitable, but it's a matter of comfort.
The last thing I wanted to add about the hotel. I have already written about the absence of any snacks or snacks. I think that most people like to have something to eat at the moment of drinking alcohol (nuts, chips). We had to go to the local grocery store and buy it there for the evening.
And a small digression about Turkey itself. You don't have to worry about the payment. We came to the card WORLD (Tinkoff is better, tc Sber is accepted only in large hyper/ stores). It is not necessary to convert to dollars, you can store it in rubles on your account, the conversion takes place automatically at the real exchange rate without commission. You can withdraw money at ATMs (there are many of them on every corner), where there is a WORLD mark. Of course, it is better to go to markets or small shops with cash. The prices are not expensive, everything is very acceptable. Expensive prices are only for garnished goods (sweets, tea/coffee, spices, tableware and leather/fur).
We were out of season, so the hotel was almost empty, some did not work, but the price pleased us. From the animation of a dog and 3 of her puppies, the children are happy😂
How much did you guys get paid for good reviews? One of the most disgusting hotels I've ever been to. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel in the morning, the room was given at 14:00. Well, OK, it's okay that we waited for her for 6 hours, what was our surprise when she was not cleaned at check-in. Instead of lying down and resting after a long journey, we had to look for a cleaner who told us to wait in line (which we waited for another hour, an hour for which we kind of paid). Secondly, a hotel with an indoor pool was specially chosen in order not to roast in the sun at lunch, but the pool did not work, of course, no one mentioned this when booking. Thirdly, food and drink is a fiasco, people. I lost weight in this hotel. Choice 0. Diluted beer, yuppie "juices" with the taste and smell of iodine. Cola that is not cola and more ice. Of the alcoholic drinks, gin, vodka and Turkish vodka are free, which they give out as if you were borrowing them. The food is just a nightmare. For breakfast, boiled eggs, rotten cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and pancakes. everything, in general, even an elementary omelet, no one cooks. It is unrealistic to see meat and fish at lunch and dinner. 3 times I came across rotten food. What was not finished for lunch was served for dinner. And the choice of salad is gorgeous- lettuce cucumbers + tomatoes, cucumbers + tomatoes + parsley, cucumbers + tomatoes + cabbage, cucumbers + tomatoes + rucolla, etc., etc. Fourth, during the whole week, no one has ever changed the towels in the room or cleaned the room properly. In addition, with the "do not disturb" sign, they calmly entered the room, despite the fact that we were in the shower or toilet. Fifth, water is put in the bar only upon arrival and no one else ever adds it to your refrigerator. Sixth, a massage parlor is a nightmare. The woman who invites everyone for a massage just got us in a week. She, in the truest sense of the word, pursued us and constantly called for a massage. We politely refused her, but she's just a maniac. I just stood over my head and talked and talked and talked, it's impossible to tolerate such persecution. Seeing us, she constantly came up and said something even if we were busy, reading, communicating with each other, etc. The most unpleasant thing is that when replacing beach towels, she was also present and we had to listen to her 2 more times a day besides her harassment when changing towels

I am currently resting at this hotel. From July 27 to August 1. A new hotel. The food is very tasty, the pool has its own access to the beach, there is a bar on the beach. The bottom is not very good - you need shoes so as not to cut your feet
But most importantly, be sure to go to the hammam and get a massage - professionals do it very well
Nice new hotel! It is because the new one that we chose it. We rested in May 2019, looking for an economy option by the sea. The service is normal, corresponds to its stars, cleaning every day, the mini-bar in the room is only water, the food is moderate, there is a choice, the sauna is pumped up because it is turned on only when someone is in it, you just leave it immediately turn off. The sauna was warming up by closing time - by 17-00. Tolerable animation for adults, but not almost for children. In principle, this hotel is not very suitable for children 3-6 years old, there is no Playground. The entrance to the sea is only in calm weather and in special shales. In general, we are happy and maybe we will come back again, but not with the children.
Nice hotel, helpful staff, everything is on top, we really liked it! The entrance to the sea is good, I went to the spa for a massage, hammam, in short, you will not regret it!!!! Everything is cool!!!
Nice hotel. Clean, tidy, polite staff. Near Alanya. The minus is entering the sea. We bought coral slippers in St. Petersburg and there were no problems with the sea. The sea itself is clean. We were diving with a mask. There are many fish and other fauna swimming. There is no such thing on the city beach.
Excellent hotel, 5-person service, decent family audience, no Tagil among the vacationers. The animators work perfectly, the restaurant service is excellent, but the meat set is weak as well as the fruit set.
A good hotel, cleaning, changing towels every day, the food is delicious, you definitely won't stay hungry. The animation is weak. The entrance to the sea is a rocky slab, but we went to the left about 50 meters. In general, it is worth its 4 stars.
The hotel is new, everything is very good. Firm and confident 4. The beach bar is cool. There is but not one. The area is new and there are no shopping malls yet, no ATMs. I am a harmless traveler and it is difficult to surprise me with any inconveniences. You will not be able to swim in the sea. Volcanic plates are unrealistic and very dangerous.
The opinion is twofold. The rooms are normal, there is no Internet in the room, it is better not to hand over beach towels, they are strongly delayed later on issuance, why they did not make two sets, handed over- received immediately is unclear. I liked the restaurant staff the most. The food itself does not differ in variety, the fruits are also the same. Meat eaters won't like it. The beach itself is more or less, but there is simply no entrance to the sea, there is nothing to do without slippers. I put a four with a stretch. One thing calms me down - there are worse hotels with the same stars.
The hotel is good, the staff works hard, everyone is very good. The only disadvantage is the food, very little meat, the choice is not great (especially at the beginning of the season)
We were not immediately accommodated, there were no seats, although we booked a place in the hotel. The other hotel was placed for 2 days. They drove by car to their hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entrance to the sea is rocky.Everything else is fine. There is a lot of food.Everything is delicious.I can't say anything about annimation, because I'm not interested in it.The service is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
There is no beach, the entrance to the sea is terrible, you just need slippers. The food is average, there is no territory at all, the pool is small, the passage through the underpass to the sea is terrible, the rooms are not bad, the last floor is better, at least there is a balcony.I'm not going to this hotel. There is no shampoo or anything other than toilet paper.
