The employees of the institution came up to us, it turned out that at least 8 people could sit at the table at number 32 (it turns out that 8 to 10 people can be accommodated there), with all this, neither hello nor goodbye, who they were is unknown. We had 4 people, and 2 more were on the way, but we were refused with the reason that the administration does not allow us to occupy the table if the company is less than 8 people. The senior at the checkout also said that since we have 6 people, she cannot put us at table number 32, explaining that it is possible that a company of 8 people or more will come in the near future, and they will not be able to accommodate them. It is worth noting that sitting at the table number 32 is paid, 1000 tenge per hour. When I said that I was ready to pay 1000 tenge per hour, I was told that money was not important, but I was worried about the hypothetical probability of a company of 8 people or more! Orders are not accepted by waiters, you need to choose a table yourself and go to the checkout to order. But I was confused by the fact that there were no strips in my order, and at the checkout they told me that the money would not be refunded if the ordered product was missing, and I had to choose another product, even if it was not what I wanted. When I asked to call the administrator, I was told that they did not have one. And the last thing: 15% service fee has been added to the account! For what kind of service? Where is the warning about the service fee!? For what? Then, according to their logic, you must choose a table and go to the cashier to place an order, after which the waiter brings and takes away the order. In this order of things, which allows the client to do everything on his own, what prevents him from doing the last two points? Since such a dance has started. Also at the checkout they said that the waiting time for the order was 15 minutes, but it was brought after 45 minutes of waiting and then after several times the waiters were asked to hurry.
The administration did not react to the mistakes of the employees, instead of the legs they brought the wings for the second time too.It was today 27.08.2024 at 18.00 we ordered, now it's 22.30 so far we haven't changed the order, and the children fell asleep without waiting.I have written a complaint to all authorities.
