A good selection of seafood and ways to serve them. A classic that is mandatory for tasting and warming up is, of course, bouillabaisse. But everything else is also as tasty and balanced as possible. The feed is fast. And you see those who cook for you. Chefs in classic hats work smoothly and technically. For convenience, popular and interesting dishes are written on the signs, if you find it difficult to make a choice, because the menu that the waiter brings is very extensive. There are sea reptiles in the windows and aquariums. Delicious! Suspiciously delicious! This is the best gastronomic experience in Minsk. And, probably, the best seafood restobar in the whole of Belarus.
We liked it so much that we went here twice. Bouillabaisse is top-notch. Very pleasant service, a good selection of marine utensils and a good wine list - I was pleased with the presence of such a non-trivial position as Creman from Jura.
On the first evening, Alexey served us - in my memory, one of the best waiters ever. The knowledge of the menu is excellent. Filigreed the fish for the company.
On the second evening, they fell into the hands of no less beautiful Angelina. She managed to discuss our tasting observations with us, and serve several tables quickly and outwardly easily.
It would be appropriate to include Muscadet and some Viogniers in the map. In addition, there are not enough local distillates from local distilleries - there is no need to be shy about them, they are at a very decent level in your country.
