I always print photos in this center. When I went there again for this purpose, it turned out that they would not print out the 30 photos that I had uploaded to his Telegram account. When I asked why, I got an answer that later threw me into a stupor: due to the long queue, they may get confused. Then I asked, so what's the queue? To which they replied that it was about an hour. I expected to hear an answer in a few days, what utter nonsense is this, forcing your client to run back and forth instead of dividing photos into several orders, is it really that difficult???!!!👿

I would give zero stars if it was possible. The service is just disgusting, I had to print 6 sheets on regular thick A3 paper. I chose this place because it was opened after 19. I arrive and tell her what I need to print on plain thick paper, the girl gives me a catalog with glossy paper, I choose the right thickness and ask, "it won't be glossy, will it?" The girl assured me that she wouldn't. When the girl started setting up the printer, I noticed the inscription "thick" in the list, but the girl chooses "coated", I ask what it means because I need thick, the girl says that "you don't need to know this printer setting," I say that I need to ask this and I need regular thick paper, the girl repeats "you don't need to know these printer settings," I decided that it was okay and she knew what she was doing. As soon as I took the sheets, I realized that they were glossy. Thank you for staying awake and redrawing on other sheets, I will not come to you again and I do not recommend it. I paid almost 20 rubles for 6 sheets.

I used to use the services of the print sphere and never had any problems. But starting in August, something went wrong. I came to print out the documents for obtaining a visa (I print out the same package of documents every year), they printed everything except one, the employee said that the document could not be printed, although it was opened. I had to go to another copy center, where they printed it out without any problems. Which creates additional inconveniences, running around the city and wasting time. It would be all right, everyone makes mistakes, it's okay. Today, I come to print the photos, there is a long queue. We defended her when we gave the flash drive to order, a girl came up to pick up the photo without waiting in line, the employee gave the photos. Then this girl started buying goods, paid, I made comments that if you not only take the photo, you need to stand in line like everything, to which the employee replied in a not very friendly way that she did not need to stand in line, according to the rules. OK. After that, the same customer left and then came back again because he forgot to buy something. The employee took it again without waiting in line. Of course, I understand everything, but is it possible to apologize and ask for help in a cultural way? And it is not clear what is happening in the field of print now, talking to customers in a rude way and with a dissatisfied face, is this a business card?

I really don't want to leave a bad review, but I have to, because something has to be done with the girls at the reception of orders ... my order, vinyl magnets, was completed with bubbles, while they didn't call with the words "sorry, we can't do well", but invited me to come pick up the finished order. Of course, I refused the order. The advance was refunded. No apologies, no good-bye, no shit.
The owner of an express printing house can only count on losses with this approach…

Horror. Waiting for your turn of 5 people for 30 minutes is the norm here. I really didn't want to come here, because I always stay here for a long time. But it was him on the way and time was running out. But with such an expectation, I would have already gone to all the copy centers ... hire a second person to speed up the work. If you need to do something urgently or you are in a hurry, do not even consider this center. It will be faster to go to another point in the city

Respect for customers is a 2-minus.
There is an opportunity to do the work and get the money! But they don't want to, they say that it will take too much time and turn away from the problems that their clients come with (in my case, permanent ones).
The sediment that grows into a weed will not allow me and my surroundings to trust the Sphere-print!
Although there is another copy center nearby, where they helped me with a smile on my face (thanks to them).
