Samsa is great.
The pilaf is good.
Hot mutton without much enthusiasm.
There was no salad with pinocchio.
Vodka (Kazakh) is only leftovers. It's over. And that's on Saturday. Only the absolute and some other imported - unusual preparation of the institution for the weekend.
In general, the norms. But not for 5 stars.

Delicious food, polite and fast enough service. Very clean, the veranda is very atmospheric. I took off the star for booking. I booked two specific tables in a few days. When we arrived at the restaurant, both tables (the ones I had booked) were occupied. The restaurant was practically empty. There were plenty of tables available. The waiter spread his hands and offered to choose another table.

But the service is generally dead. There are no waiters, they are not welcome. Salmon steak was cooked for 40 minutes!!! 40 minutes Carl!!! There is no call button on the tables. I have to shout at the whole hall and wave my arms. The only handsome guy is a hookah guy who knows his business!
