We ate shish kebab, it was too overcooked. And they carried the dishes for a very long time. They did not indicate by time how much one or the other will be prepared. Of course, they ate the kebab, but the sediment remained.
You wouldn't wish that on an enemy. The waiters are mostly literally children. No, I do not condemn, well done that they earn themselves, there are no questions, but it takes a long time to teach basic things, sleepy flies walk, fatigue is possible. But here I understand them, but I also condemn them, I understand that they are still young and not experienced, I condemn them for getting money for it and there is no need to say that scanty money, no matter how you turn it, is the service sector. And I, as a client of the institution who came to spend the money that I earned by working, too, should not worry me. I've come to rest. That's one problem. Secondly, these are administrators, the first time I see administrators who deeply do not care about customers, I came up a couple of times and addressed them, they don't care, they immediately ran away a third of the time when they saw me, do you think it's a thrill for me to run after them and ask for elementary service, of course not. Third, the kitchen...the kitchen is delicious, I don't argue, but... but...but, while waiting for a salad or a dish, I became full of bread, I ate bread. When you ask the waiter if you just killed a chicken, they say that the kitchen is not coping. Do you have one repeat? In short, don't set foot in this place anymore. I do not come to my beloved city of Taraz for this. I advise you (the management) to radically reconsider everything.
The place is very beautiful, the interior is modern and at the same time simple, everything is very clean, the staff is polite and friendly, but the kitchen in the dining room disappointed me, almost all the dishes are too salty. I haven't been to the restaurant so I can't judge
